Been using this post office for years now. I like that it is small and usually not busy (but when it is busy, it IS busy!). I love the staff that is frequently there (Cheryl and Christina/Kristina). They are always very friendly. I’m a talker, and they don’t mind indulging me as I chatter on about what I ordered or my various penpals.
I love walking in and hearing the contemporary jazz playing, and the staff laughing and talking away with customers. I have never had any issues. They have an energy that is infectious in the best of ways. Positive beings thrive off other positive beings.
EDIT- I had to revise because I had one of the names wrong, and also to thank Cheryl, who helped me recently with a misdelivered package.

Customer service is so poor. I came to get my address change and the women whom I talked to was very rude. So I ask some help to get my address change and she ask for my ID. I gave her my Lawful Permanent Resident ID and after she checked it she told me that they don’t accept such ID’s and they only accept driver’s License and national ID. I was not able to give her my driver’s license cause I am still on the process of getting it mailed to me by the DPS. So I ask her what should I do? I even gave her my temporary drivers license and looked at me and said she won’t accept it! She ask for the zip code of the change of address and I told her, and she ask me again what is the zip code??? Like a tone that I don’t know what I am saying cause she taught the change of address is still in El Paso but its not. I was not done asking her some questions but she already ignored me and talk to another costumer.
Clearly she does not know to do her job! Has very limited knowledge of costumer service!!! So I went to another USPS post office and even without a driver’s license I was able to have my address changed, I just presented my Lawful permanent resident and additional documents for a proof of residency.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I can't paint a better picture of bureaucracy and underperformance.

I’ve been going to this post office for years and it’s always been a great experience. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. It’s a small place so there are sometimes lines but they work as fast as possible to help everyone.

Do not use it if you have something important to mail out. We sent a letter via certified mail and they had no idea what happened to it. We had to call the customer service line. We found out they mailed the information the same day my family member complained. It was very important information and time sensible.
