I went for a priority package on the website, it told me that it was already there and they told me that they couldn't deliver it to me because it was together with other packages and it was difficult to find 😅

I asked where my package is it's been 15 days since no update on the tracking info the attendant told me I could be more than 100 days and if I didn't like it there where lots of other options like DHL, UPS, and FedEx I can't wait till there replaced with robots and either out delivering or in the unemployment line

This post office on paisano has the rudes employees working no customer service skills they act like they are doing you a favor and when I call them they never answer the phone I hate this post office

The 'supervisor" here is the rudest, most obnoxious person I have ran into lately. And this was over the phone! No customer service skills whatsoever. No class, no respect, no morals. She needs to turn off her ghetto switch and learn some manners. I wonder what she did to get this job, because it sure wasn't not based off of experience. And if she did have experience she forgot it. She doesn't belong in this position or job for that matter. I hope USPS takes a good look at who they hire in the future. I will file a formal complaint against this person (she is not a lady). This is why I do not go to this post office.

I called this facility because UPS delivered my package here. I explained to the lady that it was sent to the wrong post office but they instead of scanning the package as Miss Sent and replaced into the mail cycle to come to the correct post office THEY returned my package to sender. So when I gave the lady my tracking number for her to check she placed me on a hold and then hung up and now refuses to answer my phone call back. I was very polite and she was very un helpful. All I wanted was for them to intercept the package and send it in my direction. Now since this facility doesn’t want to show any customer service care, I will now file a formal complaint with their facility on how their staff is uneducated on the postal procedures and non customer services practices.
