The 'supervisor" here is the rudest, most obnoxious person I have ran into lately. And this was over the phone! No customer service skills whatsoever. No class, no respect, no morals. She needs to turn off her ghetto switch and learn some manners. I wonder what she did to get this job, because it sure wasn't not based off of experience. And if she did have experience she forgot it. She doesn't belong in this position or job for that matter. I hope USPS takes a good look at who they hire in the future. I will file a formal complaint against this person (she is not a lady). This is why I do not go to this post office.

I called this facility because UPS delivered my package here. I explained to the lady that it was sent to the wrong post office but they instead of scanning the package as Miss Sent and replaced into the mail cycle to come to the correct post office THEY returned my package to sender. So when I gave the lady my tracking number for her to check she placed me on a hold and then hung up and now refuses to answer my phone call back. I was very polite and she was very un helpful. All I wanted was for them to intercept the package and send it in my direction. Now since this facility doesn’t want to show any customer service care, I will now file a formal complaint with their facility on how their staff is uneducated on the postal procedures and non customer services practices.

Wrong information provided. Get your labels and stamps online and just drop it off is the best option

Came in to drop some parcels off and not sure of the process in the states (I’m from overseas), the lovely gentleman at the front desk was very patient and helpful throughout the process.

My mail keeps getting delivered to the front apartment even though it’s marked with apt B. I’ve lost checks due to dishonest neighbors ugh!!!

Tried to call and talk to somebody. But as always they have excuses to not answer. I don't want to talk to a virtual phone person. I want somebody real. I shouldn't have to waste gas and drive that way just to speak to somebody. But that's what always happens.
