Raul really goes above and beyond for everyone! He takes care of your mail and makes sure its delivered to the correct box! He always helped located my lost mail and I couldn’t be more greatful for him. I wish everyone was caring like him! Thank you Raul for all your hard work!!

It’s one of the very few post offices in the city that isn’t always full. The associates are always helpful. Chico the clerk very knowledgeable and funny.

So I'm currently fighting an appeals team at usps corporate all because these guys have a terrible habit of not scanning items and low and behold my item was lost. It was never scanned at the dyer street usps so I can't get my claim, so now I have to do an appeal because you guys like taking shortcuts. The front desk guy with the glasses is very nice and I have nothing but things about him. But the lack of responsibility in that location alone is frightening. So I'm going to keep complaining until I get refunded for a lost collectable item

Went there to mail a birthday card to my sister who lives in another state. The card was unusually bulky and I wasn’t sure if one stamp was sufficient. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I also ended up buying stamps cuz you never know when you need the mail a letter. Plus I really like having them available.

Didn’t receive my package even though USPS tracked that it was delivered. I was given a Key to an empty locker. I reported it. When I didn’t hear anything back I called USPS and asked them what was going on and try to explain the situation to them. Hours after my call, this post office finally decides to call me (a minute before they close) to say that the person who was supposed to deliver it, said they delivered it. How does that help me if I didn’t receive my package? They told me to call them back if that wasn’t the case. I can’t because they literally closed right after they called. Like obviously it didn’t happen if I’m reporting I don’t have the package and am calling main USPS customer service to see why these guys aren’t reaching out to me. Such poor timing on the call. It’s not the first time this has happened. I’m very disappointed.

I stood in a long line and when I got to the register to mail off a package. I was very disrespected by the guy at the register. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager and he also refused to give me his name. There needs to be some changes made at this post office. With everything going on now days the last thing someone needs is to be disrespected at the post office. This is ridiculous. It is really sad. This post office also has terrible reviews from many other people complaining about how they are being treated at this location. Corporate really needs to do something about the mistreatment of people going on at this location. Thank you
