It’s one of the very few post offices in the city that isn’t always full. The associates are always helpful. Chico the clerk very knowledgeable and funny.

So I'm currently fighting an appeals team at usps corporate all because these guys have a terrible habit of not scanning items and low and behold my item was lost. It was never scanned at the dyer street usps so I can't get my claim, so now I have to do an appeal because you guys like taking shortcuts. The front desk guy with the glasses is very nice and I have nothing but things about him. But the lack of responsibility in that location alone is frightening. So I'm going to keep complaining until I get refunded for a lost collectable item

Went there to mail a birthday card to my sister who lives in another state. The card was unusually bulky and I wasn’t sure if one stamp was sufficient. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I also ended up buying stamps cuz you never know when you need the mail a letter. Plus I really like having them available.

Didn’t receive my package even though USPS tracked that it was delivered. I was given a Key to an empty locker. I reported it. When I didn’t hear anything back I called USPS and asked them what was going on and try to explain the situation to them. Hours after my call, this post office finally decides to call me (a minute before they close) to say that the person who was supposed to deliver it, said they delivered it. How does that help me if I didn’t receive my package? They told me to call them back if that wasn’t the case. I can’t because they literally closed right after they called. Like obviously it didn’t happen if I’m reporting I don’t have the package and am calling main USPS customer service to see why these guys aren’t reaching out to me. Such poor timing on the call. It’s not the first time this has happened. I’m very disappointed.

I stood in a long line and when I got to the register to mail off a package. I was very disrespected by the guy at the register. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager and he also refused to give me his name. There needs to be some changes made at this post office. With everything going on now days the last thing someone needs is to be disrespected at the post office. This is ridiculous. It is really sad. This post office also has terrible reviews from many other people complaining about how they are being treated at this location. Corporate really needs to do something about the mistreatment of people going on at this location. Thank you

Been here since nov 2018. Chico and along with the other staffs have always been friendly and professionals. Knowledgeable and very helpful. I just got back from korea and CHICO saved up all my mail. I have been so worried that my mails have been returned or thrown out. Lol but Chico understood my situation saved up everything for me. Now i have 9 months worth of black rifle coffee and all of my paper work from chase auto finance. I wanted to thank you in person Mr. CHICO but u were in the back on your break and still working with your crew. They were fixing something i guess. If you are reading this. Please respond. Id like to give you some black rifle coffee. ?????

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is honestly the worst post office I’ve been to. I’m unable to get a hold of it over the phone. I also have had issues with my mailbox and it wasn’t addressed or resolved until a month and a half passed. I even went to the post office in person to try and get it resolved to which the employee told me he would get back to me the next day and he never contacted me after that. I had to keep putting in orders through the usps site and over the phone to finally get it resolved. It’s mind boggling how incompetent this specific location is.

Im new to the area and I visit the post office often so I was in search of one. I was a little worried a little bit because of some of the reviews I read on here ?. But when I got there and the gentleman helped me out he was very helpful and nice. Very cheerful too! I think this is my new fav post office :D!

Postman delivery does not like to leave my mail complain many times management don't seem to care they have an attitude problem they need new management at that location to correct the problem with the drivers
