David and Louie are absolutely the best! Every time I come into this Post Office, they’re super helpful, respectful, and always go out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I need. Whether it’s shipping, mailing, or even money orders, they explain everything clearly and make the whole process easy and stress-free.
It’s rare to find customer service that’s this consistent and genuine David and Louie really set the standard. This location has become my go-to Post Office because of them. If you need great service and friendly faces, this is the place to be!

They don’t answer their phone and it takes months for a mail key to be ready. Horrible

Save your time and do not come here. 3 weeks for a key? Really? Don’t even get me started with the customer service, you guys need some new people or retraining to do, maybe if I had a heads up, an explanation or something!! DO NOT COME HERE!

Poor Service and Unacceptable Delays.
It’s been over three weeks since I requested a mailbox key from this USPS location. When I placed the request, I was told it would take two weeks—now they’re saying it’ll be yet another week, making it a total of four weeks of waiting.
This delay is completely unacceptable, especially since I’m waiting on time-sensitive, important documents. I have no access to my mail, and at this point I’m sure my mailbox is completely full.
The lack of urgency and poor communication from this office is incredibly frustrating. Not to mention, I've been calling this location everyday for TWO WEEKS, and NOBODY! picks up the phone. If you need anything done in a timely manner, do not count on this location to follow through. USPS needs to do better.

I’ve been waiting on my new mail key for over 2 months I literally have to drive 20 minutes to get to this post office and every week it’s the same excuse “oh it’s not ready come back Friday” I give them the whole weekend! Every Monday for the past 2 months I can’t get my key it’s absolutely ridiculous and when I asked for a refund on the key cost they laughed in my face and said to come back Friday. There’s a special place these people are going to it’s almost like they enjoy being useless? I have no idea what to do at this point I refuse to keep wasting my time but I need my key. If you are able to avoid this post office I highly recommend! Pay attention to the bad reviews because I’m sure they’re accurate!

I live in Coronado and I use to always go to this pay office but Sandy's is just so rude, specially if u have several packages she takes her time typing with 1 finger taking forever. It's like she's making sure you dnt go back to that location. If she sees me walk in with several packages she walks to the back! So rude. She dznt get you, I say thank you have a nice day, she ignores me and rolls her eyes. Extremely unprofessional!!!

Don't trust USPS. They are unreliable. Be very careful if you send a valuable package, they just lost one of mine.

Wait times are ridiculous! There are 5 service areas yet there is usually just one person working that area. If you’re lucky a second person shows up.

Old woman with short hair was sort of rude. You can tell she's used to her job. I asked a simple question and I thanked her, but instead of saying you're welcome like a professional, she just goes aha. Like she looked annoyed that I was asking her a simple question about packaging an item in their envelope. On the other hand, the gentleman that was working alongside her was very polite and guided me through every step when I was paying and sending the item out for delivery. He provided excellent customer service.

Ya'll get pretty good pay to have such bad customer service and negative attitude. She wouldn't even let me finish talking and kept interrupting me saying they don't print anything. Even though its an application for the passport.

Sandy was very patient and helpful, qualities the PO men of downtown can learn and utilize.
