Terrible delivering service last time they took my big packages to a completely different apartment number and building on the opposite side of my apartments , this time they can’t find my apartment at all again and I have clear instructions , I tried calling customer service it’s a robot sending me in circles , I tried changing my delivery address on their website , there’s a bug or something every time I pressed enter nothing would happen idk what to do I’m just returning the things I ordered because it’s not worth the time , this is a terrible delivery service

Sometimes they have long lines but they are less expensive than anywhere else and I've never had anything lost.

I want to take a moment to appreciate Maribel who attended me with my passport. She was very patient and provided great customer service even when and after being yelled at by an impatient customer. Props to her and her Resilience.

Made an appointment online as I don’t have lots of extra time to stand around get to post office 15 minutes before appointment and there is a line for passports and other customers said the person isn’t even there to process passports and they are 2 hours behind currently if the person even showed. Very disappointing….

Beyond unprofessional behavior by Ivan Sanchez and Maribel. They have passport appointments at 10 am and don’t have “passport” employees come in until 12 or later.

How come you guys make passport appointments and allow the line to build outside the door? People have appointments since 11:15 am and it’s now 12 noon with no one working in this line!!!

Been trying to get my mail key from them for 3 months now. Just keep getting the run around, about being outta locks and other bs. Meanwhile others who have just recently moved into the same complex got their keys 2 days after going in.

USPS management for El Paso is absolutely ridiculous. Why do I have 3 different numbers for supervisors, managers, and assistants, that never answer the phone, return calls or have mailboxes that are always full. It’s unacceptable that a business that has been in operation for over 20 years, with a consistent pickup schedule from Boeing, is now having to chase down anyone that can explain why our packages for our customers are no longer on a pickup schedule, why we don’t have a consistent driver or why our location is suddenly no longer on anyone’s schedule. And the worst part is them wanting to put the blame on ordinary mail carriers who have nothing to do with our business pickup. No consistency, no explanation, no accountability and no regard for a business’s need.

Do not bother making an appointment here for a passport, upon arrival I was told that the guy wasn’t there to serve anyone for passports and I was referred to the libraries, which I have been trying to get into for weeks but everytime I go they don’t have availability. Hence why I made an appointment at USPS. It’s nice to know appointments don’t mean anything to y’all. I’m not shocked, it’s USPS, the absolute worst mail company around. 2 stars because the guy who greeted me was very kind and apologetic about it, I guess his boss was supposed to call me to let me know ahead of time, but failed to do so, are we shocked? Not one bit lol
