For being a hub, you think you will be to print labels and ship, but all machines are broken and the tellers are there like idiots

The customer service by phone is not well designed, they do not allow you to give an option, this terrible service, I just wanted to know if they were open because on the page it says temporarily closed and well, I don't think so and the service to the public by phone is not very bad

The location is convenient. The front doors are not automatic nor do they have an ADA button. I'm wheelchair bound.

Worst post office yet, I went to get my finger prints done and they are so rude. They are always short staffed and take it out on the customers.

USPS website states they have walk in hours for passports. Update. They do not. Either update your website or do your job. #TIEP

The reason for the 1 star is because the usps carrier either losses or steals the packages and once you file the claim for the lost package they will decline it.

I live on Burges Dr, we USED TO have a very good letter carrier, until YOU GUYS rotated him somewhere else. Now the one we have doesn't even bother to pick up mail you have going out. My insurance pmt. was almost late because three days straight he walked right on by and didn't even look up at the house to see that the flag on the box was up. I was watching out the window and he didn't even look! He has ear buds on and is talking on the phone. My grandfather was a letter carrier years ago, when the whole route was walked with a big leather bag. Now these guys have their little cars, and still can't pick up mail, really? All of us can't get out and look for a mailbox, I believe that it is his duty to pick things up! Also several months ago I placed a change of address, and the mail still comes to Burges Dr. No wonder the post office is losing business!

I went in not sure which box to use which label to use etc. waited in line less than 1 minute and I was helped by Benjamin. Who confiscated all my wrong selected boxes and produced one better suited for me. Saved me $60 and got my package delivered 2 days earlier than what I had selected. Post office can be scary but as long as great associates are there assisting clients then you got nothing to worry about. I have had some truly horrific experiences with the post office off of remcon on the west side but this visit was awesome. Wish more people would post their positive experiences because as I was getting my packages ready I heard about 5 people express their gratitude to Benjamin and the other associate there.

Jeremy is a very unpleasant employee here. He is very unprofessional and completely batted away my questions until I practically told him what he he had to do. Don't come here unless your zip code requires you to do it

They either lose or damage your package, and have a no care attitude about helping you.
