Very rude, and very disrespectful 😤 gentleman working at front area for customer service 🙄. He doesn't treat customers with respect, dignity with any of the cultures he treats people no manners and no knowledge. There is a young guy with long scraggly long hair and a ugly black hat with a beard and a mustache he dilibritly puts people's packages in the wrong mailboxes and doesn't deliver mail I been having issues because he is a friend of an ex boyfriends he uses his personal problems to determine whether people get there mail or not

My experience was bad. I came in for change of address with my husband. I told my husband that I felt horrible for the lady that works there as I sat and watched her clear the line out of the post office. She was a bit rude and we had conflict but ultimately she was able to help. I held my tongue because I can tell she is simply burnt out… and it’s affecting her and the civilians that come in the post office. She needs help.

i feel bad for this lady that works there, she's always in a bad mood. A while back when i used to sell clothes online, i would ship packages after hours and one night put them through the drop-off area and i heard that lady scream her lungs out complaining about people coming in dropping off packages so late. Genuinely sad for her because you can tell she's burnt out and tired.

Package was dropped off 14 days ago and has yet to be put into their system. They haven’t shipped it out or done anything it has just been sitting there for five days. Incredibly frustrating and my worst experience ever with USPS

On multiple occasions my mail is tracked as being in the city for days passing between multiple zip codes before finally arriving at my mailbox. On a few occasions they have placed my packages in delivery boxes too small to get them out of. Telephone calls to my local PO are met with persons who do not care about or fix package issues, lie about the manager being too busy and blowing off requests for assistance for days. Just tell the delivery guy to move the package to a bigger box PLEASE!!! Service in my area is horrible.

I have filed 4 complaints about my mail being marked as delivered 4 different times and indeed never left in the box. All complaints were closed within 48 hours w/ email stating it was marked delivered as if thst wasn't my complaint. No one called me or showed any concerns in regards to driver taking packages. Hard to dispute package that are marked delivered so I'm just out of my money and being told to contact Consumer Aafairs who indeed closed the complaints as well no integrity, accountability, or respect.

Said delivered. For 3 different packages. On 3 different dates. 2 different orders. Never came. Said my area was too dangerous for the mail person to deliver. Oscar leaser was just here for an event with over 50 people with no problem. They tried gaslighting my mom. Terribly lazy and unhelpful.
Edit: 2 months later still bad. Fighting for 2 packages now..one being medical equipment.

Terrible experience every time we go in to pick up mail, took months to get a lock for our mail box. Was not given a receipt when we placed the order. Had to do multiple hold mail slips. Called customer support and they had the manager reach out to us, we requested email and he called to give us the run around again. Mail never made it to us, no idea what happened, and they would give us the precious residents mail. Terrible experience

This rate is specifically for a guy named AZIZ (he refused to provide full name) he was rude with people, refused to help the only one person working at the time of close, he said “I dont care I am going back to my office” and let people standing in line, also he pretty much told us to leave when we where inside the office long before closing, very unprofessional hope he gets teached some customer service skills
