What is wrong with your drivers they knock on door once and leave within 1m 4 secs then left a note that nobody was available to deliver then I have to go tonl your station she didnt even ring the door bell. If she had rung could have gotten a notification on the phone SMH. What if it had been an elderly person that could barely walk.

I was told to pick up keys I’ve been waiting weeks. I really need my mail they are holding it. They need better postal carriers. It’s ridiculous to have to wait on important documents. This place is a mess. They told me to come pick up mail in office until they get keys this is a waste of time just to be turned away.

They told me the key was going to be ready on Friday, and amazingly I got it within an hour.Don't ask me how! They just that amazing ? ?

The people at this post office are professional, courteous, and tolerant of people like the Butthead that was in front of me today. They are understaffed and stressed with a complicated public service. Give them your respect!

Ms. Rena was very helpful & knowledgeable having patience with me & all my questions! She has the best customer service experience & attitude I've ever encountered with any person I've had an encounter with @ any postal office. Thank you Ms. Rena for excellent service!

This post office’s delivery driver is very ignorant and disrespectful when dropping off packages he threw them on the ground breaking one of the packages and then threatened my spouse saying he was going to have my dogs put down even though they were inside not doing harm to anybody. This post office is terrible do not recommend anybody uses this post office this is not the first time we have had issues with this post office. Absolutely disgusting and thanks for the broken pc!!!

We went here to ship a package International and was met with the attitude of good luck ? where did customer service go with USPS ?? Then UPS great people helped us with locating the exact address and it cost about the same. Stop using the USPS until Amazon takes over from what a retired post master general told us ? So be advised and warned do not ship International with USPS til they become Amazon

People need to start doing their JOB. Ever since I moved back to El Paso I've had nothing but problems with these people from USPS (Hercules Location). I keep getting notifications "EXCUSES" as to why my packages are not delivered. Every single time it's something different and stupid. Just yesterday I received a message saying "Unable to access location" when USPS is not even open on Sundays. Today I received another EXCUSE saying that my package wasn't delivered due to interference by an animal. When we have no animals here or anywhere around. I will be contacting the BBB about this and will go as high as I can so this can STOP.

This was my first time going to the USPS on Hercules Ave, and I hope it wont's be my last. But the guy with the long hair really needs to learn some people skills or even customer service skills. You can't just "keep the line moving" and think everything will be okay. How you treat your customers matter too. I went to ship two boxes oversees to my deployed husband, and unfortunately I learned that the zip code I had was not working. I told the staff mentioned above that I could fix it, so he asked me to go fill out the Customs Forms for the 2 boxes and come back. No problem. I did that and came back. He then got frustrated and said I have to have my return address handwritten on the boxes. I have never had to do that before. This is not my first rodeo. Then he sent me back with my boxes, keep in mind these are big boxes and he watched me struggle and get upset as he sent me away THREE TIMES to fix something that could've been fixed the first time!! He sent me back a third time to change all the pre-written addresses on the box. Why couldn't you have said that to me when you sent me away the first time?? When I was finally done fixing everything he asked me to fixed, the guy walked away from his station. Why would you do that? You saw me waiting... Maybe it was for the best because the lady next to him helped me and she was the nicest ever. Explained everything and even said that I DID NOT HAVE TO ENTER MY RETURN ADDRESS MANUALLY ON THE BOX AS LONG AS IT WAS ON MY CUSTOMS FORM. So I thank and appreciate the lady who helped me. But the guy with the long hair needs to really understand that he's in a customer service field. It's already tough for us spouses when our husbands are deployed and you sir don't make it any better when you treat us like we don't know anything. If your customers don't know something, show us what we are doing wrong. Don't get frustrated and make your us feel unappreciated. I really hope this staff (guy with long hair) receives this message! Kindly do you job correctly, and treat others how you would want to be treated! Thanks.

I really wanted to put no star!!!!I have had 2 issues with this post office in just 2 months!! Someone needs to do something about this. Wednesday, I got a notification that my package was delivered and was put in my mailbox. I checked as soon as I got home, and there was nothing there. I called and reported my missing package. I was told they are investigating it. It's Friday, and I've heard nothing. I don't know if he took my package or delivered it to the wrong place. But no one can give me a direct answer. I hope I am going to get my money back because the last time there refused to give me my money back. It's said that we don't have a choice put to deal with these people. This is not the 1st time!!!!

Ever package I ever got is either opened in a corner or my package is destroyed. Also two packages that left at the same time from Dallas, only got one of them. Where is the other one? Would not recommend... Use a competitor if you don't want your stuff either ruined or lost I guess.

The in house post office the manger is horrible she gave me a torn envelope and gave person a head of me 4-5 envelops , but when my turn she said i don't have then she pulled a torn envelope , and if we talk about post men , i get past due bills as I don't get mail on time ,i go paperless in most of them but still i get over due with others, i witnessed one time a post man he was unable read mail he was keeping it close to his face to read address, this is beyond dangerous i don't know how this can be solved
