People seem lazy, no sorry, I meant unmotivated, disgruntled and irritated. Need a new staff of happy people wanting to work that have better social skills with excellent customer service experience to provide too. This is the most depressed post office I ever stepped into. And they have the worst attitude, everyone there looks like they want to shoot the person they’re serving in the face. It makes me not want to go there but I have no choice as my packages get delivered there, unfortunately. And they always make mistakes, which confirms they just don’t care. Why do you all hire the most miserable people to work at the post office? I will pray for your employees there, they seem to be super unhappy people.

Unprofessional and irresponsible staff at the Ranchland location. The manager needs training in handling irresponsible staff. Unacceptable negligence at this location!

Asked for a package to be held at the office, said they would do that and I could pick it up the next day. Went to get it and they said it was sent back to the sender. If I could give Zero stars I would.

Love this location. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Patience and respect towards elderly customers is amazing here. Wish P.O. Boxes were updated to more modern systems, dials stick all the time.

This is by far the worst USPS in El Paso Texas. Customer service and explanation of services provided is non existent. Employees attitude and knowledge base of services provided by the USPS is lacking in every aspect. Do not recommend.I have received better service in third world countries.Product knowledge, capability, and service extremely poor.Experience date 01/11/2023

This is the ONLY post office to lose my package in the entire city. Dropped off my package, handed it directly to an employee, wasn’t given a receipt and now my package isn’t tracking nor in their “system” NEVER AGAIN

We have great mail man he is Mike Vasquez very accurate with our mail . If you have a problem with mail gives you advice how to fix it .On July 30 2021 I was expecting a important package from fedex my phone said it was delivered he noticed box at the wrong address and notified me I went to pick up package show How great to have him in our route ?

We have a variety of postmen but one in particular (today 5-27-21) fails to pick up mail to be picked up. I had mail hanging for two days and it was never picked up. Today, I was home, saw him and had to go across street to give him mail. I’ve mentioned a few times he doesn’t pick up mail and just says “sorry.” He needs to look up at houses! If I hadn’t been home today, again he wouldn’t have stopped!
