I was at this post office yesterday at 4:00pm. An employee by the name of Ben has horrible customer service and was unwilling to help me. He was not wearing a name tag.

When bills are not delivered to the right apartment, the person is charged late fees and other charges i wish they would put the mails and packages in its right place, you have a job thank God ,do it to the bestow your ability
