We wanted to sent out our wedding invitations and Maribel was rude and wasn’t making the drop off easier for us. I understand there’s certain qualifications letters need to be sent out, but it made us feel like she didn’t want to help at all. We had to keep asking questions about what was wrong with our invitations but she wasn’t helpful. Definitely not the right attitude if you’re working with people all day. Although, the gentleman next to her tried explaining better and in a more calm demeanor, which we appreciated, he was nice.

The nerve of this postman. Give attitude just cause I took time to open my office drawer to give the package to him. Took me like 4 seconds to open. As hes leaving he says "next time have the package ready" WT??? Like I did something wrong to him. If you dont like your job or whatever hell happened to during the day is not the customers fault. Quit if ur not happy w ur job. Instead of being rude!! Bad customer service!!

They lost my letter with signature needed, i rented a po box doest work because all mail gers not delidered, manager told me that po boxes are not good and to ask to return my money, usps is a mess

My zip code was changed to this location and ever since mail and packages have gone missing. 2 drivers license 2 bank cards and 2 packages as far as I know, there maybe more. I have gotten my neighbors packages and mail, but I always put it in their mailbox. Whom ever is getting my stuff is not returning them or the postal employee is keeping theme. I went to complain about a recent package missing and I was met with “maybe it flew away” when in fact I know the postal employee did not come by my house. I have notifications and immediately go out to check as well as cameras. Here I am watching out for other people when you really have to worry about some postal office. Management needs to do better.

Gentlemen with glasses denied my package although I took the time to create a shipping label and there was nobody there not busy at all he couldn’t help me at all. Denied my package due to “corrosive stains” which is weird because the other USPS store said it was fine but they just told me I had to print out the label and I decided to come here since it was on my way home to ft bliss. Literally a few minutes ago I had my package on the ground which caused the stains but according to the gentlemen up front it was “corrosive” pretty ridiculousUpdate (NEXT DAY)Just dropped off my package at another location the staff inspected the box and no problems at all, they took my packageI don’t understand I approach everyone with respect. This location probably has racist people behind the counter because why wouldn’t he take my package unbelievable

My package was delivered to wrong address my carrier Santana said I had to contact in person his supervisor???!!!!! So it was their mix-up and I have to drive to yarborough branch she will just Tell me Yes we delivered to Wrong Address!! I called USPS they told me I had to contact the Seller...what? My package Shows delivered what can seller do, that the local post office can't/won't do. Such horrible customer service makes it the Customers issue to resolve when it was Their mix-up

Tried to get money order refunds because our money orders never got to the place we needed to on time and were never cashed. Spoke to the manager or assistant to the manager and he was not helpful and not understanding at all. He sent us back in line two more times. This comment wont have any relevance anyway since the government pays for them to have a job.

The older lady there is so rude. She has short hair. Asking questions to her and reply’s with attitude. I had to raise my voice and give attitude back for her to finally be nice. She toned down so freaking fast. I was not walking out of there with out sending a package. She needs to be fired.

Maybe it was my lucky day 11/17 but the employees here did their job(2 men/1 women).The young lady directed me to the correct line and helped me with my package on n out like that. Good job. Place was clean and workers were tentative to help.
