It sure was difficult to talk with a person in the Samders office. After waiting to finally be connected supposedly to the local office the call was never put through, it kept cutting off after several attempts. The last time I tried a recording came on to say the number wasn't in service. It was quite frustrating !

Horrible service. Paul was very rude, did not help with what we needed, not to be that person but he made a racial comment on how we did not understand properly the process of getting a passport.

Facilities outdated but GREAT customer service especially for passport. Drove across town for passport appointment...male that reviewed paperwork was very knowledgeable and cordial. He explained all the process and expectations of the passports. Definitely worth the ride.

They are awesome, except the mailman that puts packages/boxes in our mailbox and then you can’t open the mailbox.

Been trying to change my address for the past week at this location. Went in again today (02/21/25) tried using my military id and a copy of my lease the gentleman said that I had to use my dl. Being in the military you get moved around a lot so it is pointless to keep on changing my address. I know i could change it online but why do it online when you can do it for free in person.

Went in for their passport services from across town, and it was worth the drive. Great customer service and the staff was all very friendly. My family and I are very pleased with their efficiency and welcoming environment.

Best post office in el paso! I've been to at least 4 in the city and everyone is always so passive aggressive. Has made going to the post office a dreadful experience. But here they apologized for the wait (the line was moving fast) and they didn't make me feel stupid. 10/10 experience.
