Make sure you get 3 parcel locker keys. Called them today at 9:04am and the employee stated we get 1 key. Yet, on the USPS site it states we are suppose to receive 3 keys. I called OIG and the manager at different locations and the manager stated we should have 3 at the Hercules location. This location has horrible service and I feel bad if they deliver at your location. Very unprofessional and rude. Any problems REPORT THEM TO (USPS OIG FOR MISCONDUCT.) Don't let them bully you around because your mail has personal information and it might turn to identity fraud.

I sent a letter and they returned it, I don't know what the problem was, they just returned it meaningless.Very bad service, they stained my letter without meaning.

I’ve NEVER had an issue with packages shipped through the postal service. And the staff are efficient and will sometimes even laugh at my corny jokes. USPS for life! I won’t use any other shipping company.

Once I finished dealing with the traffic jam of recordings directing me through the departments of "not my job", I got a human. Not local and not familiar with area, they did send an email via Internet to this location. 5 stars to local post office for reaching out by phone within 10 minutes.

Just moved here. I have had three packages ordered on Amazon that were shipped through USPS. I only received ONE. Another was “delivered” but is nowhere to be found. The last was just completely lost. It made its way all the way to El Paso and was lost the day it was supposed to be delivered. After waiting a couple days, they completely eliminated the tracking number so I can’t even see where it was. Absolutely horrible.

I have had good experiences and bad ones here. Most of the time; it is the front desk employees being short, rude, and impatient. But this time was a very good experience. Rather than come and get a signature for a letter that I was expecting, my mailman just left a note in my box telling me to come pick it up, because he was either in a rush or too lazy to get out of the truck. So I went down to this location, and there was an employee who was genuinely happy to help. Had a smile and a good disposition, too! Maybe there is hope?

During "Non-busy hours" they are quick and very efficient in customer service, contrary to popular beliefs.I experienced Expert, Helpful service from the counter representative.During my most recent visit, it was "uncanny" because the counter representative seemed to (almost) read my mind for my questions.I also recognize that customers do have less than satisfactory service, but I lay the "blame" for that on the individual counter representative; and I have had my share of "bad days" where my attitude and body language can "come across as less than cordial".The key for me is to recognize that and perhaps correct the situation for a new and better interaction."Be Kind"! Even if "others" don't immediately recognize it; you can "pat yourself on the back" for trying!

This post office on Sanders has been the go-to post office for me for at least 30 plus years and I can assure you there is great service here very knowledgeable staff and a desire to help you!

The mailman that is running the route for the Patriot apartments is a complete incompetent. So many residents here get their packages sent back because he’s LAZY and can’t read apartment numbers. 5 residents with the same issue within the same month is a huge problem.

Come on now you a federal employee and don’t care or do your job with integrity! Always leaving the mail in wrong addresses and making customers make claims against the sender!! Northeast residents need to stand up and complain to the mayor about this situation!

I’ve gotten multiple packages delivered in the last two weeks that have ALL SAID DO NOT BEND and they all continue to get here damaged. I have a ring doorbell and have literally caught them multiple times bending my mail even when it clearly says “FRAGILE” or “DO NOT BEND” it’s honestly ridiculous and then over the phone it’s nothing but automated messages. I stopped the mailman the last time to discuss this and they literally said “you have to have the sender put do not bend or fragile” uhhhhh? Seriously don’t understand them. It’s infuriating at this point.
