I wonder what is going on with post office now days. I deal with billing daily and we get a lot of returned mail from several locations in EL Paso, TX. Patients confirm that is the right address.

If I could, I would give this post office zero stars. While waiting in an extremely long line for almost 30 minutes I watched one post man be extremely rude to a grandmother and her grandson trying to deliver a package. I was also treated extremely rudely when I finally got to the front by another postal worker. The looks on these peoples faces when you walk up and the tone they use when they speak to you is unacceptable. They are likely burnt out but it is no reason to be so curt, denigrating, and obnoxious. I am sad that this is now my post office.

They do not follow the government website information regarding walk ins. They did not accept us although we went there during scheduled walk in times. The person in charge was very rude

They never answer the phone. Been calling every day now to see if my mailbox key is ready for pick up. But no one ever answers.

I dont understand why this location has so many bad reviews. I have been twice here in the past two months for passport appointments, everything went great and beyond. Of course i did schedule an appointment ahead of time, and I filled out my passport forms. The person that helped me was awesome and it was really fast. Also, they were taking many walk ins, after past hours. No te dejes llevar por las opiniones de los demas, compruevalo por ti mismo.

It is a big problem and a loss of money for one because they do not leave the packages in the correct mailbox, they mark it when they leave it and not in the correct mailbox. I lose it because they do not replace it. I have already spoken with the postman and the same problem still persists. They do not pay attention to the streets, they are only guided by the number and they do not do their job as it should be.

Why can’t these carriers walk packages to the front door rather than leave them in a front yard where everyone driving by can see the package. This is twice now the carrier leaves it at my front gate, which is wide open by the way nothing stopping them from walking to my front door. It takes an extra couple seconds to actually walk the package to my front door where it is blocked from the line of sight and not left out on the wet ground. I hate when companies send packages with the post office these days, the carriers have gotten so lazy!

Had a passport appointment here that thankfully went smoothly. There was a bit of a wait time because of the amount of people there, but nothing too bad. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that I had the appointment with, but I appreciate his help!

My husband and I have been to this location a handful of times at various times of the day. Every time it is this long of a line. There is not enough support at the location for the volume of people.

This store is poorly worked on by old men that hate their life. They don't want to be there and the way they greet people says it all. They suck at giving walk-ins instructions for passport. I walked in there as a walk-in and they were asking if I made an appointment. So what's the point of walk-ins within a time frame. I don't understand these guys'work ethics. I didn't assume they had walk-ins. I came and ask a week early and had my documents reviewed by a gentleman which he was nice in that instant. I came the following week early as instructed, with the correct and modified documents as instructed. Then proceeded to be ignored by him and his college. Beavers and Butthead need to give proper instructions and stop wasting people's time.Thankfully I was attended to because I got back on the regular line and didn't move until I was seen. This is unprofessional on their behalf because they weren't living up to their word. People have a life and that is why I came with time to ask what was needed to proceed for a passport.

These people are useless!!!! My mailboxes got taken and there was supposed to be a hold on my mail! Twice I have waited in line for over an hour only to be told that my mail was not there! Today I was given a key to my new box and told all the mail was in there, got home checked NO MAIL!!!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. If you have to pick up a package expect to wait for an hour or more. If you have disabilities bring a wheelchair or something to help you stand in line. Hope this helps and good luck.

If I could do less stars I would. SLOW LINE, I've been here 3 times and there is always 1 hour line (or more, currently around 50 people in line). Can't they hire someone else, open more windows/lines? This is the most inefficient business I've been to.
