Every time i get mail, I have to sign for there is never anyone at the quick services window. Why do you even have one?

There is NO WAY to contact them through the phone, they had the nerve to just put the USPS Customer Care phone number instead of an office number to contact a live person and inquire about your package! VERY INCONVENIENT
