There is NO WAY to contact them through the phone, they had the nerve to just put the USPS Customer Care phone number instead of an office number to contact a live person and inquire about your package! VERY INCONVENIENT

Phone never transfers you to am agent, 5 attempts, 5 dropped calls, better go yell at them in person

They delivered my package to the wrong address and are “trying” to retrieve it back. I have not heard any updates from them and it is impossible to speak to someone via email or online. It is also hard to open a service request because you can only do it on a computer.

Cant find a way to talk to someone about issues with lock and key that needs to be fixed and not bieng able to get my package because of them not doing proper maintenance on boxes. Very disappointed.
