Please fix your thermal printer that prints customers receipts. Been an ongoing issue for years. Can’t even read my tracking numbers when walking out.

staff is super friendly, and helpful.
only two parking spots but you can park on the side. They are fast and always greet you with a smile. Never had a problem in this location.
They also help you use the computer I haven’t used it but every time I go they are helping a person out. excellent customer service

3rd party contractors. Unable to scan digital customs declaration forms for overseas/military packages. Had to go to a main post office to mail out.

Would not come back again. I dropped off a package and never arrived to it's destination location. Tracking showed it never left El Paso. When I called to get information, they stated that the package was picked up by usps driver and should be at Boeing distribution center. I asked that if when picked up by driver, if the package gets scanned and they said it does not. I went to location on Boeing and they told me the package should have been scanned when picked up at that location. Now, my only option is to put in a claim and only get back 100 dollars. The items and shipping costs were worth much more. Take your business elsewhere.

Everyone hates this post office because they don’t understand this is a CPU LOCATION and can’t get other stuff done as they would in a standard post office. They always get their job done as long as you come in with time and the people who work here are always willing to help out. I added a picture of the list of what they can and what they cannot do, so make sure to check the service you need is available at this location otherwise you’ll be mad and write a negative review for no reason.

Had awesome customer service experiences at this Post Office! Angel has always been helpful to me. Started coming to this post office because of the great customer service and because at the George Dieter location they would allow me to pay super expensive to mail overseas while, as soon as I got to the Joes Battle location, Angel told me there was a way cheaper way to do my mailing!
They’ve been always considerate and helpful.
