The UTEP Student Recreation Center is an excellent recreation center for students, with a beautiful facility and great staff. It is free for UTEP students registered for classes, while others can pay for a $10 day pass. The center is filled with many activities, including an indoor track, pool, basketball courts, volleyball courts, racquetball courts, a great gym, punching bags, and areas for indoor soccer, badminton, table tennis, and gymnastics. The intramural tournament is very competitive and popular. While generally excellent, some locker rooms and showers require better cleaning and maintenance. It is recommended to go early in the morning.

Great customer service, can get a $10 day pass if you are going with a member, or just stop a student outside and ask to sponsor you to get in, still paying the $10 fee. Has great pool, punching bags racquetball courts, great gym and basketball courts
