On February 22nd, 2025 at 8:45am MST I entered this gas station to purchase a carton of cigarettes. I had lost my physical ID so I had both my paper ID and a picture of my old physical ID ready as always to purchase my cigarettes but was immediately discriminated by the male cashier, heavy build, glasses, to which he didn't not even acknowledge both and immediately told me he would not accept either. I had to go the the Circle K up the road which they took the paper ID and were also confused on why this man refused to take the Paper ID. I will be calling corporate to place a formal complaint on this gentleman and this gas station for their lack of service.

I am an 83 year old man , a military veteran, and my military I’d was not honored when I wanted to buy beer. The man at the register was extremely rude, he insisted that that I had to show him a Texas driver’s license, I don’t drive anymore, my grandson drove me to the store and the only I’d card I own is my military card. Is Circle K discriminating against military veterans?

Had the worst experience at this store! The cashier was so rude and kept complaining about her job to the customers. Me seeing the reviews apparently this behavior has been happening for a year… maybe get a new job if you hate it that much???

Never had an issue here until last night, how can you have a cashier like Roberta calling customers stupid?

This store has the rudest employees I've had the misfortune of meeting. It's on a busy intersection where they always have customers, so they think it's perfectly acceptable to be a-holes. Plus, they overcharge like crazy. They just charged my boyfriend $16 for 2 Sol Cheladas. Each of those things is at most half that price at any other gas station.
Don't go here. You will definitely have a bad experience. Drive an extra two minutes to go literally anywhere else.

I was denied the True North energy drink and Kind bar promotion in which you can mix and match 2 for $4. Signs were up on both drink and bar displays. I inquired about it upon paying and the woman flat out said "no" and just repeated the total amount of both items without promotion. (07/20/2022 , 8:35AM)
