About Verde Palms Apartments
Verde Palms Apartments is a very lovely and peaceful community with nice, amazing apartments. The buildings were constructed approximately 2013 or nine years ago, so everything still feels newer. All homes are ground level, so there are no upstairs neighbors. A major plus is the washer and dryer provided in every unit. There is also plenty of parking. The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional, helpful, and very easy to work with. Maintenance is timely and comes very promptly to answer requests. The community center is awesome. Some note the kitchen space can be small in an awkward floor plan. Overall, it is considered a great choice for renting.

I LOVE MY APT COMPLEX!!!! Been here since they opened up this complex and ALL the employees are simply AMAZING!!!! From the maintenance worker's to area manager!! Totally recommend this apartment complex.
