Me and my husband did the mistake of changing from Verizon to T-Mobile. We decided to go back to Verizon not knowing what to expect since we have had a bad experience with T-Mobile. Anastasia right away greeted us and took us as a walk in and help us so much. She is a great sales person and did and amazing job she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new service. I did sent my family over to her and they did expressed the same feeling as me. Im definitely very happy with the customer service I received and my phone service is great!

I’m leaving a 5 star for one of the staff there his name is Eric and helped us with our issue we we’re having. Told us straight out how things are and didn’t sugar coat anything like previous people have. There needs to be more staff like him thank you keep up the good work.

I went into Verizon and Jazmin at cielo vista mall es so helpful she managed to set my business account with them i highly recommend you all to go in and ask for her help

I am in shock and very disappointed at the level of disrespect, unwillingness to assist a customer, and the snooty attitudes I encountered tonight from two separate employees when asking to go over the plan options with someone. Both were very rude and extremely bothered by the fact that I wanted to get some help in store. It also seems that the physical stores are pointless since the two Verizon employees insisted that the support line is the only way to receive help when walking into the store.

To be honest, we did not know what to expect as we walked in.
Thankfully we had the pleasure of meeting Bryan, a well versed sales associate that made the process not seem like a sale, but a pleasant conversation.

Initially my husband and I walked in the store to inquire about a new phone set up. Immediately, Arturo stepped up and so graciously and professionly gave us all the information we needed. We informed him that we did not have the phone with us. His kind and true nature was enough to convince us to come back the same day to have him serve our phone. I looked for him particularly. Arturo is an extremely knowledgeable technician and trustworthy employee who kindly serves his customers. Thank you Arturo. Blessings to you!

Me and my husband went to the store on yesterday to get a new phone. While we told the representative what we wanted and he completely messed up our account.
He said he was saving us money which he made our bill go up tremendously. We realized after we left he cut off our Apple Music which we did not authorize. Therefore resulting in us making an additional payment to get it back. My husband and I will be up there today and I'm going to need answers on why he rearranged my whole account when I only came for one thing. He was so rude talking over my husband not listening to our needs that we didn't get his name at the time and he never bothered to offer it. We have been a customer with Verizon for over 15 years and this is by far the worse experience which is making us question if we want to stay with Verizon.

Based on our disappointing experience, we recommend exploring better options like AT&T or Spectrum for your phone needs, as they surpass Verizon's offerings and prevent potential dissatisfaction.

Verizon in general not the workers but as a whole is a shitty phone service to work with. All they want to do is put you in a locked position to take as much money from you as possible. They are unhelpful in any situation of correction and take no responsibility when it comes to communication about your bill or how there contracts work. It’s like going to a shitty dealership for the first time and being scammed so they make a sell. I highly recommend resourcing to other phone carriers and getting the treatment you deserve. If you proceed with version make sure to go through all the details before getting screwed over
