Bryan was an excellent Verizon Salesman. He helped me select a new phone and prior to the sharing of info on my old phone to my new phone via Smart Switch, he deleted many of my accrued apps that were not good for my phone's operation in that they were prone to viruses. He is very smart and aware of the technology that keeps growing every day (it seems) haha. I strongly recommend this store and it's staff!

Cant tell if the reps at this store are either uninterested or just ouright annoyed at costumers, dont even bother trying to resolve anything at this location. No wonder T-Mobile didnt hesitate in placing a store right next to you guys.
Instead... visit the location at Sunland Park! the absolute COMPLETE opposite interaction and experience.

Bryan is incredibly rude and inefficient. My mother went up to him, saying good morning, and he completely blew her off. She had a question about her billing, and he proceeded to ask me "you don't know how to do that". Then he answered her questions, short and irritated. There was only one other person in the store so it's not like he was busy. He just told us to go somewhere else or call customer service. We ended up going to the one in Sunland Park and they helped us within five minutes..

Very knowledgeable about the products you sell. Led me to a new Samsung fold up phone update and 2 tablets updated for my business. He said my new phone was the first one of the new model phones sold. He was proud of that. Thank You.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales people were totally deceptive about what my monthly bill would be and charged me multiple times for mistakes they made, for instance charging me a restocking fee for a phone that I did not choose, which never even left the store. They gave me an IPad that I didn’t really need or want, but they insisted was free. It was free until I saw I was paying for it on my monthly bill. My service was cut off because they failed to implement the auto draft they were supposed to set up. It would be difficult to enumerate each horrific detail in this review. They were rude and uncooperative when asked to address any issues. Don’t shop here!!!

The employees of this store took advantage of my mother, misleading her with incorrect info and hidden fees while she was purchasing her new phone and plan. Buyer beware.

I went to get phones with Jaime. We took way too long so he said they would waive activation fees. The store also said they would pay first month of wifi. I got my first bill and I was charged every single little thing. I keep trying to contact someone to help me with all these crazy charges and no one can seem to help me. Also I had asked for a watch and they said they would order it for me. I didn’t receive a call that they have the watch already or anything. They made me pay a crazy down payment and still charging me what they said would be paid off. I’m so close to thinking of cancelling my services with them.
