This store has a scammer working there. I went there about an upgrade for my phone and I got the info I needed and left. But after I left they added a plan to my account without my consent and I went back to the store about it and they lied and said it didn’t happen. After a month goes by, I got a bill that was even bigger than my last bill with the plan they said they didn’t add to my account. So I called Verizon 24/7 help line and they got it fixed.

Sal was super amazing help! Out of all the phone stores I’ve gone to in general including t-mobile, Sal has been the best help I’ve ever received. He explained everything very thoroughly to where I was able to understand the breakdown of my bill and helped me walk out with a brand new phone. Definitely ask for Sal next time!

Bunch of crooks. Added unauthorized services to my business account and acted like it was by accident. Stay away from the Arizona wireless on Transmountain. The management covers it up, wouldn't be surprised if they were behind it all along. Said they were going to do an investigation and coaching. How about respecting my account and don't add services without my consent.
