Verizon has really declined over the past 5 years. I’ve been a customer for 11 years. Their customer service makes them untenable. I spend an hour each time I have to fix something with my service, and I frequently have to call multiple times to resolve a single issue. They have always been one of the more pricey providers but at one point their customer service was worth it. I’ll be leaving as soon as my devices are paid off. I’ve had enough of talking to foreigners who barely speak English and never getting anything accomplished. I went to a location at Tierra Este and Montana and Jorge Herrera told me they didn’t need my business.

Very rude and bad service. I made an online order and was instructed to pick up my order at a Verizon location. When I arrived at this store I wasn't aware that I arrived at the wrong store. But she continued lime if she was filling my on line order but I ca e to find out that she canceled my online order and created a new order with all the wrong information and ti this day I have been having nothing but problems trying to get it right.

I loved the help I got. Celeste was an excellent sales rep who saved me from my dying phone. I'm trying to get help and contact with the sale rep that helped me that day. I had accout questions and I misplace her business card.
