Had to get a new phone, cause my s22 ultra was messed up and low on cash, so one of the public verizon stores sent me to this one (corporate) to help me out, since I had forgotten my pin for my account and couldn't access it! Went here and they told me I couldn't get my pin reset with just my ID, which is dumb tbh! And the person that helped me was rude at first about it and had a ufc fight on his phone, while helping me, which is rude, cause helping the customer is the first priority! The sales person said I had to choose from the s24 lineup but I was low on money. Now, knowing from experience, I could have gotten a waaay cheaper phone, just for a couple hundred bucks or so, instead of getting the s24 fe, that I currently have, which is 600$, which now makes no sense whatsoever!!! Big mistake on my part also, not thinking about getting a super basic phone, just cause I needed a phone, right then and there! The sales person could have offered me those basic phones, if they knew their stuff!!!! NEVER and I mean NEVER go to a corporate verizon store! They don't care about customers and are rude as heck! Go to any other verizon store and they'll help you out with anything!

NEVER GO TO VERIZON!!! They can’t help you for anything. They give you a number to call then you wait for two hours just to not get any help whatsoever. They are also very vague with your bill and constantly over charge you for services you don’t use. I canceled my service with them and I was still billed. I’m like how do you not know when somebody is still in service with you or not. Isn’t that why I called so I can cancel my service?? Then they don’t tell you you have to Pay the phone off before switching to another phone carrier because that’s what happened to me. They just let me switch to someone else and didn’t bother to tell me I had to pay the phone off first which other companies do tell you straight up so now I’m stuck with a $600 bill that I cannot pay in payments because they are demanding their money upfront. If not, they are going to send it to collections. They cannot even reopen my account because they closed it. I’m like How can you Close my account but not have the power to reopen it that makes no sense. How am I supposed to pay my bill with my account closed?? terrible phone carrier never choose Verizon.

I got Verizon thinking it was one of the best phones lines and internet I could get, but every single month there is an increase in my bill that I didn’t ask for.
First month they charged me double on the Netflix plan
Second month. They gave somebody else’s account the netflix discount( they unsubscribed me from Netflix to add it again and fix the problem)
Third month. They charged me extra for subscribing again to the Netflix account (which was donde to fix the problem the month before)
Forth month they charged me for the same subscription to the Netflix plan ( they kept saying I didn’t have it before that it didn’t show up on the prior bills when I was using Netflix since we got Verizon)
Fifth month. Extra charges again
Sixth month extra charges again!!!!!!
It’s very annoying to keep calling every single month to fix my bill!!!! Terrible service!

Really Bad Experience!
Me and my family went and switched companies because they told us it was going to be better pricing and with new phones. It was all a lie and now they dont answer us. The bill is double of the amount they told us. Its really disrespectful to us that they lied to us just to sell. I have proof of what they had said it was going to be since the beginning.

I order on line to pick up , and they told me to wait for a e mail to co firm the pickup, after that , they told me to the order to pick up, can be waiting up to 24 hrs.
They already more then 24 hours.
I make the order tuesday, and it's already Sunday, and I'm still here waiting for that e mail to sending me the confirmation to pick up my stuff.
This is to bad.

Excellent store, excellent service.
I came in to do an upgrade, & an exchange. As soon as you walk in the door they are pretty much greeting you - hospitable atmosphere. (I kinda already just know it's best to go to phone places early before it gets crowded.) I dealt with Robert. Super service......He brought to my attention where i was eligible to receive a discount !
He was able to get me iN-N-Out of there within 20 minutes with my new phone upgrade!!
I am so, so happy. I actually saved money / everything worked out perfect. This is my best Verizon experience so far of the 5 years I've been a customer.

I've always had a great experience coming to this location. I started coming here originally because it was next to my work. Now, I go out of my way to continue coming to this location. Today, I received exceptional service from Mario V. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the information, but he was very friendly as well. Thank you for all your help.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! Older gentleman was very rude from the moment I walked in the door. They sent me the wrong phones and then wanted me to pay for the phone I was promised and restocking fees for their error. Of course I was upset and when I called him out for his rudeness he practically threw the phones back at me and said he wouldn’t help me. VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! Cancelled everything with them WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Christian the “store manager” was very rude to my mother we were trying to get her a phone would call us to pay would even allow her to use the WiFi to FaceTime me to pay. Don’t go to this store.

Verizon has gone down the toilet. They used to have amazing customer service. Now, it’s automated phone calls and some foreigners you can barely understand. They were always the top in cost, but their service made up for it. Now, they are being dishonest about your service. They are charging people to be on a “5G” network. However, you may not even be receiving 5G service. Either because they don’t have appropriate tower coverage, or because your device doesn’t support it. Either way, they’re charging you the “5G” price for what is truly LTE data speeds. Most consumers don’t know the difference. Truth is, most of the smaller areas don’t even have enough 5G towers to cover the entire city. Yet, they are still the most expensive and no better service than anyone else. I caution everyone against being a Verizon customer, they don’t value your money.
