Then the follow up appointment they didn't even charge me for the examination. They only charged me like 32 for the first set of vaccines. “I was referred to Dr. Silverman by the hospital veterinarian because my dog had a complex break, and Dr. Silverman is the only board-certified specialist in El Paso and New Mexico. Like many people, I always read reviews before choosing a business especially when something as important as my pet’s life is on the line. When I looked up Dr. Silverman, I saw mixed reviews. They weren’t the best, but they also weren’t the worst. I felt that if he were truly as bad as some reviews suggested, there would be far more negative feedback than there actually was. I was nervous, but I decided to trust my gut. From the moment I made the appointment through checking on my dog after surgery, everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful. My consultation with Dr. Silverman was great he made me feel important, never rushed, and spent about an hour going over everything in detail. He explained his recommendations, discussed all our options, answered every question we had, and was very confident in what he was doing. I never had a bad feeling about him or the surgery; I genuinely felt at ease. He also provided clear pricing information, showing us both the lower and higher ends of the cost depending on certain decisions, which I really appreciated. During and after the surgery, both Dr. Silverman and Desiree called to keep me updated on how my sweet boy was doing. The day after surgery, I received another follow-up call with an update. Everyone I’ve met there has been nothing but kind and supportive. The staff truly seems happy, and I believe that says a lot about Dr. Silverman and how he treats his team. Desiree and Morgan at the front desk are always patient, willing to help, and happy to answer any questions. I am very grateful that I chose Dr. Silverman and his staff to care for my sweet boy and that I didn’t let a few negative reviews sway me. I hope this review helps others who may be in the same position I was. My dogs are my life, and I expect nothing but the best for them and that’s exactly what I feel we received here. ??”

“I’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Davila twice the last two times I was here in November and now in January. Dr. Davila is professional and personable, I lived in the 79925 area for all my life now due to moving travel out of my way to come here. I have been to East animal hospital and Eastwood animal clinic and the service here is by far the best and the vet clearly cares about his clients and animals. After very bad issues with getting prescriptions and my dogs medication filled even in house with Eastwood animal clinic I came here to McRae animal hospital. The vet sees my dog personally every time, has come up to me in the waiting room and shaken my hand. The establishment overall has exceeded my expectations and I’m glad to have found a vet who prioritizes client relationship over giving people the run around. The office staff is professional and has gone above and beyond even when they ask to call me back and they always do. Thank you Dr. Davila and staff for your time and attention to my dogs needs.”

After seeing several other veterinarians who couldn’t figure out what was going on with my boy’s eye, and after he was given medication that ultimately wasn’t necessary, we were fortunate enough to find Dr. Hibbs. She immediately identified the issue and recommended the appropriate treatment. Kash underwent a procedure on his eye, and we saw signs of improvement almost immediately. It was such a relief to finally have answers and see him progressing in the right direction. From our very first visit, the entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and communicative. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat and take tremendous pride in what they do. Every question and concern was taken seriously, and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. Our follow-up visits went wonderfully. Dr. Hibbs was always patient, thorough, and reassuring.
