Scheduled appointment to have recall done on my vehicle. Dropped it off at 3:30 didn’t finish till 6pm. I sat and waited no call or text. Supposedly they had the wrong number, but the intake paperwork and number I had submitted online was correct. Lady just plain forgot and was about to go home. Luckily I asked one the salesperson about my vehicle, overall experience bad.

The salesman was great. The person who register's your car did it wrong and then did not call me that the paperwork was there, I had to call and ask. I get there and am told that I have to go and redo the paperwork because they do not do handicap. Then I wait till Nov. and no title,,,, I go to DMV to be told that no lien holder was listed on the title and that I am the owner, they pressured me to use GECU and I did, so why is there name not on the title? I had to pay $ 33.00 to title the car with a lien. So I wonder what they pay this guy to do?????? since I just spent 3 months doing his job

Bought my car a year ago, and I still regret it. They didn't even bother to clean it, I found old tupper ware from the previous owner along with other things. 3 days after I bought it I had to take it back in, the batery was dead. A week after that it went back in for more than a week since the heater stoped working. The motor oil was burned etc, etc. Customer service is great, the cars just suck

Stopped by the dealership because there was a recall on the car and some additional items to have done while it was there. Service Manager John Sanchez and Service Advisor Angie provided great customer service and high-quality repairs. They kept in close contact with me while they had my car and the mechanics did a great job. If your KIA needs work, don’t take it to some shady shop on the side of the road, take it straight to the dealer…. This dealer! John and his team will get you taken care of quickly! I am beyond satisfied with the service I received and the Service Department will do the same for you.

THANK YOU VIVA KIA! While I haven’t generally had good experiences with dealerships for repairs, I want to praise and thank and honor Viva Kia and especially Service Manager John Sanchez. I don’t live in El Paso but that’s where my vehicle broke down. With turbulent events in my personal life and not having the bandwidth for one more crisis, John was patient, kind, reliable, communicative, and all-around good human being. They had it ready on a date as promised so I could fly in and retrieve it, and it’s been running perfectly hundreds of miles later. Many blessings to you, John, and to your staff. You have no idea how much you helped me when I needed it most.

I highly recommend Viva Kia. I really felt taken care of and the team was very helpful and friendly. I bought my car from Alex and he was super knowledgeable and really helped me find the best car and price for me. I love my new car and I am so glad I went with Viva Kia!

THANK YOU VIVA KIA! While I haven't generally had good experiences with dealerships for repairs, I want to PRAISE and THANK and HONOR Viva Kia and especially Service Manager John Sanchez. I don't live in El Paso but that's where my vehicle broke down. My car has been in this dealership getting fixed for the past 4 months and they can’t figure out what’s wrong with my car to the point where I don’t even feel safe driving my car with my children inside of it anymore. Every time I go in they tell me that there is something new wrong with the car and even told me that I am putting the wrong gas in my car when I have receipts of the type of gas I put into my car being 91 premium for a Kia stinger. It’s insane the amount of things they’ve told me is wrong with the car but seem to change every time I come in with same issue they said they’ve already fixed . They have told me that a special “ engineer “ who is specialized in fixing my car had came in twice and even still I drive my car out of the dealership and an hour later my car is having the same issues it was having when I first brought it in and has gotten worst.I don’t know what else to do anymore if there’s anyone from Kia that can help me out with this situation please reply back to this comment.I honestly feel like I’ve been given the wrong information from these mechanics or service department of this dealership they sound clueless in what they are doing with my car. I’ve done my best to stay patient and be professional when I come into this dealership but enough is enough nobody should have to go through something like this with their vehicle that they conduct to work everyday. DO NOT COME HERE !

Says they are paying over Kelly Blue Book for trade-ins, but they offer half of what Kelly Blue Book value is. Do your research before trading in your vehicle. We went to Subaru and they offered us more than double what Kia offered. We're now buying a Subaru.Update: Subaru offered us more than double what Viva Kia offered, so we purchased a new Subaru. The rep that called me from KIA to see if they could fix it was very nice, but we already have a new vehicle at this point.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Andrew did a great job of showing us several cars/suvs and was knowledgeable about each model and trim. The purchasing process was a good experience and would recommend Viva if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received a couple of weeks ago from John Sanchez, the Service Manager at Viva KIA. On a Saturday, my experience turned around when my car suffered a collision with a deer while driving through the Texas Hill country. My wife and daughter went on an informational visit to Viva Kia on Montana Street, and walked out with a new 2024 Seltos after our salesman, James, was able to get us a significant discount. The model in the showroom was to our liking, All the staff from our salesman, manager, and finance officer gave us what we wanted with no hard sell. James provided us with various purchase options and was respectful of our wishes. We left the dealership satisfied with our selection and looking forward to being a satisfied customer when it comes to service. Thank you James, if it was up to us we would give you a raise!

Excellent service. Great job and kudos to Gino and James for helping us out the whole way. Gino was meticulous in keeping us informed and kept in touch with us for a few weeks. Great customer service! Was in and out very quickly with a new car, came in knowing exactly what I wanted and I left with exactly what I wanted! All of the staff are incredible and nice and was genuinely interested in my day, 5 out of 5 recommend! Ask for my buddy Gino, he'll get everything taken care of super quick.
