So I take my car in and drop it off on 7/5/23 with a scheduled appointment at @7am. Drop it for a diagnostic review of a code found. So far so good as the service advisor tells me it will be a day. I don't think anything of it. The next day comes and I'm out running errands and still no call so my wife suggests I go stop by and check in on it. I do that and speak to my service advisor who promptly tells me oh they are barely going to check it! Barely! It should have been checked the day before. This was around 3:30 pm when I went by. They then call me at about 5:30 & tell me it needs a new air filter and to get some pressure cleaning of the system done which will run around $400+. I tell them no thank you, that I will take care of it, and call it a day. Friday comes and they then call me at about 4:30 asking if I'm going to pick up my car but my wife and I are on the Westside. I was going to go pick it up Sat but decided to just go and get it done with. The service advisor just charged me and handed over my car without telling me what they found. This is the worst service ever and I will never frequent another Viva establishment again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.....!!!! So back in February, my elderly parents purchased a used vehicle from these incompetent fools. It's been almost four months, and my parents still haven't gotten the plates for their vehicle, and the temporary tag is expired. The vehicle will not pass inspection because the 3rd brake was out, which we replaced, but now that the tint is too dark. These issues should have been addressed prior to putting the vehicle for sale on their lot. Sadly, the took it upon themselves to pass the problem on to my parents. This Tom Foolery borders the line of unethical....! It's sad to see these rotten bastards take advantage of elderly clients in the community...!

Disappointed, with Andrew Arrellano The sales manager and Margarita Holigun. I was Interested in purchasing a vehicle, first tried to find a Credit union local in CA to finance and out of state a Vehicle, and Margarita tried to find a finance company to finance me since I was in CA, she was very helpful. She Sent images and videos so close a deal. We couldn't find a mutual ground on Finance and I was going to pay VIVA NISSAN cash with a cashiers check, Sold my car and money I saved, to just refinance the vehicle once I came back to CA . Andrew Arrellano changed from a Deposit of $500 to a deposit of $5000 non refundable. Knowing I would be coming from CA, asked him the info for the deposit at 10:04am on 5/20/20 went initially they were suppose to take on deposit on the 19th, and at 10:51am on 5/20/20 Margarita call me and said the vehicle was sold. Andrew doesn't keep his word. Poor customer service by him. From looking to purchase a vehicle. to looking for a flight , a hotel and taking the days off Monday and tuesday off from work toselling my car this was an awful experience from Andrew.

I've called 3 times to make an appointment to get my oil changed. 3 times. I have left messages with 3 different service writers, not one phone call returned. I'm guessing they don't need the business.

Made an appointment for 4pm. I showed up at 3:45 and the staff then proceeded to tell me that I did not make an appointment and they would not perform the service. After trying to reason with them, because they close at 6pm, they reluctantly agreed to perform the oil change. Unfortunately, this did not even happen because I then tried to present a coupon for the oil change and they said it did not apply to diesel vehicles, even though there were no restrictions listed on the coupon. Extremely unprofessional. I will take my vehicle somewhere else that actually wants business.
