This place never opens on time. They are supposed to open at 7am and I have waited more than 20 minutes for them to open. I write this as I sit outside, once again, waiting for them to open.

The Walgreens Pharmacy Staff at the Fountains in El Paso was, is and continue to be absolutely amazing! John, Pia and Perla continue to be consistent; exemplifying true compassion, empathy, caring, knowledgeable and customer service that exceeds my expectations! A trio that extenuates my reason for visiting and sharing my day with them, God Bless them and their families!

This Walgreen's needs better pharmacy hours.
I didn't know that they close early on Saturdays.
Then they close by 5 during the week.
I had to call early just to set up an appointment to get a flu shot.
The pharmact was nice and did apologize to me about their hours.

Photo department of this Walgreens and the 2 surrounding ones get a zero if I could give that, 3rd time I get the run around when I order photo gifts and I get a call cancelling for one reason or another and passing it aeound, close the photo department if you’re not ever going to have supplies

My experience with the cashier yesterday afternoon made me feel awful. Her overall ethical conduct was ugly. Cashiers are supposed to make you feel great at least with a smile.

this review is to commend the professionalism of the pharmacists at this location.i came today to pick up my mom’s medications at the pharmacy and i feel so bad for the pharmacists working there.in front of me were two very rude ladies going through menopause or something complaining back to back about something that is not the pharmacists fault. the poor pharmacist lady with the tattoos handled herself so professionally, being a bystander i wanted to cuss out these old white ladies myself. i hope the manager cuts the pharmacists some slack, the rest of us in line or nearby had a whole show with these ladies complaining about the prices of thingsthese ladies were dressed extra with their expensive car keys but were complaining about the prices of things like the pharmacists are the. one pricing the things themselves
