This is a very busy Walgreens. But their drive-through has been out for A MONTH now. I went inside to pick up an RX that was called in 6 hours before. No, they said, we never got it. So I called my doctor, who informed me that yes, they'd sent it, and Walgreens send a "received" confirmation. The pharmacy tech said they were having 'network issues," and to come back later. An hour later I get a text saying it's ready for pickup. Six people are in front of me (because of the drive-through issue), so 20 minutes later they SHOW ME the bag with my medicine but say they can't give it to me because the linkage between Walgreens and my insurance company has been down all day and they can't get a price. I asked why they texted me that it was ready for pickup when it wasn't. The answer? They don't know. So now I can pay over $100 cash (for a generic!) and try to get my insurance to reimburse me later. No thanks. I asked them to try GoodRX. That link is down, too, apparently. At this point I've been there twice, 30 minutes each trip, and now I'll be calling tomorrow to see IF I can get my medication. As I left, I announced to the 10 people in line behind me, "Their links to the insurance companies are down, so you may not be getting your medications today." They need to put a sign on the front door so people don't come in there and wait a half hour to find out they can't get their meds! Normally I am very patient about things people can't control. But I do expect better management of the situation!

It seems that they are ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK ON THINGS. Milk, Lots of the Candies like the Skittles, Snickers, Sour Skittles, a lot of the Medical Supplies, just huge gaps in all the sections. ALSO, their clerks are slow to open up the backup registers when it's busy. It's a real busy store and a good one for Walgreens, it's just really a shame that they can't get the place stocked up

Call service is horrible , I asked for my prescription status and the lady said " hold on" and hanged up on me like ????

Cannot do a Covid Vaccine Shot because there was only one pharmacist and she said she couldn’t because she was backed up. Poor lady

The store is open 24/7 which is pretty nice, but honestly the staff is rude and the wait time to get checked out is long.

So I went into the store pharmacy at 11 pm with two elderly people who needed to check their blood pressure. We get there and the store is pretty empty no line nobody waiting. I asked the pharmacist if they could get the blood pressure checked and he immediately said no we don't offer the service. Of course he was lying. This service is offered at every Walgreens. I questioned him about it and he called the store lead person. The lead came back saying they couldn't check the blood pressure because the pharmacist was very busy. He said do you think you can come in and expect to immediately get help? I said yes! We are customers and if you offer a service you need to take care of your customers immediately. He said well he has a line and you need to wait 30 minutes. There was absolutely no line. The pharmacist seems to not work well under pressure. The pharmacist and the lead person both lied.:.what a couple of lazy rude disrespectful people. I will not be going back to this location. Very unprofessional!

My wife get all her pharmacy needs handled here. Clean, well lit, safe, drive through window, 24 hrs, very helpful and inform staff.
