Very poor customer service literally hung the phone up on me twice while trying to ask for a product availability went through the automated system just to get hung up on asked to speak with a manger and stated she was the manager and she didn’t hang up on me and proceeded to put me on hold for another 5 mins cause she didn’t like that we were calling her store

Ruth and the lady at the drive through pharmacy working on 06/05/25 around 5:30 pm, where completely rude and unprofessional they had us calling the other Walgreens back and forth for a transfer which was not an issue because I understand it’s policy but the way they treated us and talked to us was in such a tone that was unacceptable. As soon as we sat down Ruth sprayed Lysol on the counter where we were standing at and she sprayed an unnecessary amount and right after I heard her and her co workers laughing and talking but I wasn’t able to make up what they said.

Their electric was down so we made a trip for nothing on a day and time my caregiver can only take me.

I always feel welcome when I come in to this Walgreens on Rushing Rd. I always have friendly greeting when entering and the associates are professional and helpful.
The pharmacy is well trained, courious and the line seems to move faster at this location. The Rx associate 'Saralii' has only been at this location a short time and I've noticed a notable difference in the overall efficiency and kindness demonstrated every time I visit or call.

I went to the pharmacy for my vaccinations. I filled out the paperwork and waited my turn. When i was called the clerk put my information in the computer and after a few minutes she told me that i'm not eligible.What? I wet home , called my insurance company and was told that i am to eligible. These people are incompetent!

Staff from the pharmacy looks they hate their job, they don’t want to offer the minimum customer service. I had to call Walgreens in Dyer st so their staff could help me with a coupon for a vaccination. Big shout out to the Walgreens in Dyer.

Incorrect refills, incorrect cost, meds are never ready on time or don’t notify that it’s not in stock. Poor customer service. Can’t recommend this place for prescriptions!

Wow! Sara from the Pharmacy was such a delight to work with! I live on the west side, My usual, Walgreens Said my medication was on back order. They were in a hurry to get me off the phone and wouldn’t even help me look for another Walgreens. My mom uses the Walgreens on Rushing, so I decided to call. I feel extremely blessed to cross paths with her, she went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much!

I walked into Walgreens, and I asked for a plastic bag. I was told, they don't give away bags. A cashier asked, if I wanted to buy something. NO!! You must make a purchase. Per management.Really, it's **"'*!! plastic.
