Again we sat in the drivethrough line for 40 mins today and the girl that took my husband's prescription acted like she was liking everyone in the long line

This is always my pharmacy of choice and I have been using them to fill my prescriptions for years. The workers are extremely understanding and patience and they have always helped me by applying any avoidable coupons or advising me on where I can find a coupon. The are also quick to fill my prescriptions and that also keeps the lines short and moving. Sometimes I walk in and the lines are long but I wait an adequate length of time and the as I mentioned the lines move relatively fast due to the good service provided. It is a rare occasion that I have to wait an extremely long time but that is not due to the pharmacy, it it due to the large inflow of people. You can tell that the pharmacy is always trying their best to provide fast service during its busiest hours.Lastly, the pharmacist is attentive and caring to all of the customers. I had received a personal phone call from them asking how me prescription was working for me and how I was feeling. This took me by surprise as no other pharmacist has done that for me. Overall, I really like the service and employees, this is a good pharmacy to use if you live in the area.

We moved to the east side about a month ago. The fact that we are going to stick to our Walgreens on Kenworthy over 20 miles away should tell you everything you need to know about this one. Walgreens management, go spend about a week at the Kenworthy location and learn how a well staffed and customer friendly pharmacy is run.

Pharmacy takes literal hours and the staff are in no hurry to help guests. Waited in line for an hour and watched employees walking around like chickens with their heads cut off. Didn't even open up all of the registers to help. They cannot handle demand as others have said in these reviews.

Pharmacy is unable to handle the amount of prescriptions. Wait time is horrible, whether drive-thru or walk-in drop off/pick up. Lost my child's prescription that was hand delivered after needing his medication from surgery.

I went to village medical on Montwood. Prescriptions sent to edgemere Walgreens, they did not give me 1 of the 3 prescriptions, which happen to be my Covid antibiotic prescribed which was covered by my insurance. I called to tell them that I got my husbands three meds I didn’t get one of mine. They told me they had to check the cameras I told them that it wasn’t in there for them to call me back to tell me when I could pick it up after they check the cameras. I had to call them back they told me that they did put it in there. It was NEVER given to me. I told her I wanted to see the footage she said she couldn’t do it all she could do is call in the order and I would have to pay full price. This is crazy I never got my meds!

Made two consecutive COVID testing appointments, but they were both canceled due to computer system failure. Very frustrating. The pharmacy should of posted a message that the system is down and not accepting appointments. Don't go to this location, unreliable.

Extremely slow service at the pharmacy. Find a different Walgreens, this one can't handle the demand.

Pharmacy has too much "you can't get more than 1 bottle" when it turned out I could and "insurance only covers 1 bottle" when it actually covered 2 and "you only have 1 left in your prescription" when I actually had more refills in the old script plus I had just brought in a new script and "who did you talk to" when I had spoken by phone 2 days earlier w a Walgreens rep who said she talked w the pharmacy and set it up so I could get 2 bottles and "who did you talk to in this pharmacy" when it has beeen impossible to reach this pharmacy by phone because calls to their number are always diverted to a call center over the past few months. Pharmacy aide looked in the wrong place for my prescriptiok (dry bins) so I had to tell her it is refrigerated and should be in the refrigerator. All of this should be in their notes. I have bern going there for a year. I will switch to another Walgreens even though it is 15 minutes further from my house because it has better Yelp ratings.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy there is. I will be using CVS from now on. I don't want to give any specifics of what happened because I don't need any trouble but I will say this wasn't the first time something pretty bad happened. First time they messed up they kept trying to charge me for medication that my insurance didn't cover, when I knew for a fact it did because I have been on it for years. They didn't even apologize when they figured out they were in the wrong. The second time my husbands meds were stolen by one of the pharmacy employees... so you can only imagine the crap standard they have. Not to mention the 10+ times my meds were "delayed" due to them not being in stock. I suggest using the Walgreens near target if you absolutely need a Walgreens.

I've been to this Walgreens multiple times and the service has been great everytime. The pharmacy in particular has been very easy to work with.

The pharmacy is very unreliable they asked for my insurance information. I got a text like an hour later that that my son's prescription was delay they didn't even call me to verify my information. Then I went in the store to check on it the female asked for my information again. As I was giving her the information again she started deleting the info she had on the computer then input the correct information she didn't even had the courtesy to say that the information she input was incorrect. Then she rushed to get the prescription filled, then she forgot one of the medication I called the pharmacy. Then to find out that she didn't fill the prescription ..... the service just sucks they have a lot of people working at the pharmacy but no coordination of how things run in the pharmacy everyone seem as they wasn't sure what they were doing. My son went the whole day without his medication after I turned in the prescription to get filled since 11:45am

This is the store I go to on a daily basis because it's nearest to where I live. Their staff greets me every time I walk in and if I needed help I just ask anyone on the floor. I don't get the negative feedbacks but I love this Walgreens.

It's a trend and obviously nothing gets done! I feel forced to choose this location because of where I live. Common courtesy to at least get acknowledged.

Worst customer experience for the lovely yet friendly pharmacy staff! I hate that my insurance requires me to use your crappy services. If you have options go anywhere and avoid this place! I have sent several complaints and they could care less you are only a number to them! Hate you Walgreens Edgemere!
