They have a hustle there that if you don't pay there which isn't posted anywhere can see clearly they will tow your shit

A few minutes ago we had an unpleasant moment with the cashiers, very little disposition and very bad attitude with the customer, which seems unprofessional on their part. They should be trained to provide better customer service. Unfortunately and sadly, this happens daily without any positive change.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PARK HERE.
This Walgreens is running a scam with a tow truck company. Even if you purchase something within the store, if you leave the property at all, within 10 minutes your car is towed, GONE. Management of both Walgreens and the tow company are complete jerks. I saw them tow a family as they were trying to get in their car. They will do anything just short of running you over to do their scam. I suppose they make more money on towing cut back sand the ATM fees (to get your car back you have to pay $175 in cash only) than in the store. This is the only explanation for being so predatory to their own customers. STAY AWAY

Absolutely awful experience with the skinny dude with tattoos and chain. I'm from las vegas, and I'm not used to whatever customer experience is normal here. Absolute trash.

I realize this review won't keep someone going to the closest chain location of a Walgreens, but on principle I want to at least put my little story out there... if I can deter ONE PERSON not to go to the Paisano location, it's a success! haha
Ok, so DON'T PARK YOUR CAR IN THEIR PARKING LOT. This Walgreens has a very predatory store policy to tow away anyone who appears to leave their car, even just for a minute it seems.
I parked in their lot to pick up prescriptions. Because their pharmacy was closed for a 30-minute lunch, I left the store and walked down the street. I returned to finally pick up my prescription within 18 minutes time (I checked the time) and was gobsmacked that my car was GONE - towed, for the first time ever in my 20 years driving and living in cities. (It was almost comical seeing the tow truck hooking up a second car while I asked them how this happened to mine.)
I went in to the store and mentioned that I only walked off because the pharmacy was on break. I also highlighted the timeframe, that they must've IMMEDIATELY jumped on the phone with the tow company to get them there so quick. The manager said it was the policy because customers keep doing this and filling up their lot (the lot was never more than half-full at any point during this fiasco.) I didn't see a single sign that warned of this very strict towing scheme they were clearly running haha.
Anyway, really crappy to do this to people trying to pick up their life-saving medications. If I ran this business, I'd think you could at least give people the benefit of the doubt... If you don't have SEVERE signage in your lot about towing, I think a Walgreens should have a 20 minute grace period before ruining someone's day and maybe bankrupting them.
Again, this is PREDATORY behavior, intentionally or not, and the fact that the store manager thinks this is the solution is bananas. It seems to me you could staff the pharmacy for a lunch coverage shift, instead of causing all this unnecessary trouble for everyone.

I came here at 545pm inside and they would not fill my prescription even though they are supposed to be open until 6pm. I will add i was in the drive through at 540 but wasted 5 minutes there because they did not answer the call button. Absolutely no work ethic or empathy from the staff member i interacted with.

Very bad customer service, my Mother has use their pharmacy for years and for the 1st time, she was missing her blood pressure medication. She told them and they insisted that they gave it to her. Which they never did, Talked to manager Melissa in pharmacy and insisted it was given to her. Which they didn’t after, years, instead of admitting it might have been given to someone else. She is blaming my Mom, this is ridiculous because, am sure my mom is not the only Maria.Plus medicine is $108.00 that’s why they are not admitting fault. No wonder they are going to close so many Walgreens, this is why customers are switching to other pharmacy’s that actually care, for their years of being a customer.

I left my car, I went to a three blocks from here, I came back to buy and my car was taken by the tow truck. The manager says that they didn't talk to the tow truck and the tow truck thieves say that if they practically stole my car, they are thieves, don't go. to Walgreens we will never return here horrible experience

Don't really have a problem with the employees, The issue is the store itself, The outside is absolutely filthyTrash everywhere human waste on the sidewalk overwhelmed with Illegals panhandling not a safe area to shop.
