Absolutely the worst store in all El Paso!!! Staff is rude*** minus a few great employees... The lady in management is rude, the phone line is always "busy"... I called the pharmacy and was put on hold multiple times for 30 minutes... So shameful how people can just be paid to do nothing

The manager on duty on 3-10-25 at 3 p.m. was extremely rude and unprofessional when handling customer questions. She couldn't be bothered to clarify limits on deposits or even respond in a complete sentence. When asked again for more details and clarification she gave the same one word rude response. So unnecessary, especially coming from a manager. Maybe some customer service training is in order.

“Incompetent” doesn’t begin to describe the people working at this pharmacy. They take far too much time to fill even simple prescriptions, are extremely slow with assisting people in even the drive thru - to say nothing of rude, as one of the pharmacists assisted someone who arrived *after* I had been waiting half an hour.
Send your prescriptions to the Albertson's pharmacy next door and don’t waste time here.

I like Walgreens very much because they are always very nice 😊 👍 and I find what I'm looking for without trouble and it's always very clean I recommend to go to Walgreens

I’ve been the only car in the pharmacy drive thru for 20 minutes now, I did press the call button as well, and they had told me they’d be right with me. It feels crummy to be sick and need your meds to just be left in the drive thru.
I didn’t get assistance from Lupe until more cars started showing up only to tell me they didn’t have anything yet but that they were receiving lots of messages..
Something that she could have told me a lot sooner.

I came through the drive thru and accidentally paid without insurance for my prescription. Luckily, Kylene was very kind and helped me fix the transaction so I could get my prescription for a lower price. She took the time to ask about my day and made sure to be as thorough as possible! Thank you Kylene!

Extraordinarily slow. Send to another pharmacy if possible. Prescription took much longer to fill than an entire urgent care visit including waiting room.
