the cashier rosalinda was beyond rude and racist. she denied me service to purchase items. i have been a loyal client to this walgreens for a long time and have never been met with this level of disrespect.

The pharmacy service was not satisfactory. I asked if there was any oral cream I could use at home for the torn area inside my child’s mouth. He told me that a doctor’s prescription is required, which I understand. However, the pharmacist (an older man) was very unfriendly in both his expression and tone. Even if the answer was no, if he had responded kindly, it wouldn’t have left me feeling upset.

If you call they keep you on hold for half an hour. If you don't call your medication might not be ready. I called two times before going and arrived after the time they said its ready, but still it was not ready. They are good at wasting people's time. I have seen people complaining about similar issues in line in front of me as well.

Kind of annoyed that I’ve experienced this so much. The employees are so nice but whenever there’s Walgreens member deals it’s always an issue. In the baby isle it had multiple tags saying buy one for $13.49 get one 50% off but when I went to check out, he tells me you need to get two of the same product for it to apply…..I needed baby Tylenol but thought I might as well get gripe water. I just told him to put the gripe water back cause why would I get the same thing of something if I only need one. If Walgreens did that to 50 other people today that’s 100’s of dollars they’re missing out on. Make it make sense

Horrible hold time by phone, waited over 30 minutes and each time someone got on the phone, they just said thank you for holding so quickly and left no room to even shout and say no!!!

The cashier, Jasmine, was chomping on a cheese stick while at the register. It was disgusting to see the food in her mouth while she spoke to me. I mentioned it was not professional to conduct business while eating. She preceded to berate me. I will now shop at CVS.

Was bombarded with pigeon poop while I waited for my prescription at the drive through! Pigeon poop completely covers the ground. And it stinks! The Walgreens sign houses all the pigeons of El paso. Gross.

Jose E .the shift lead is very rude went in for a door dash order and gave me attitude for no reason. After letting him know i had an order for pick he responds with negative attitude and rolls his eyes. Promote the people that actually want to be there to treat their customers right zero stars if i could.

Personnel gave me misleading information concerning a prescription on multiple occasions, causing several problems with my doctor's office and delays. I ended up transferring the prescription to another pharmacy and file a formal complaint.

I came to pick up a prescription that the doctor called in. I waited in line and then they told me it would not be ready for another 15 minutes and they would page me. I waited 40 minutes...nothing...got in line again and, once more they asked me to wait. After an hour, I picked up the prescription and one part was missing. I called and they told me it was ready (off course after waiting on hold). I let her know I was on my way and she didn't care to tell me they were going to be out to lunch. If you see my profile, I mainly care to leave praise and good start, but not this time.
