This pharmacy is very unprofessional and dishonest. They will make up hours saying how long your medication will take. After wasting your time for hours they’ll tell you could buy it over the counter. Sucks my mom had to go through this. Train your employees better.

Need more staff in the pharmacy. No matter what time I go, the wait is 30 minutes or longer because they only have one tech working the in store counter and one tech working the drive thru. Ridiculous.

I have 10 + prescriptions at Walgreens. They fill 9 of them before I need them, but when my physician submits one of these 10 prescriptions, they take more than 2 days to fill. They’ll tell me it’s ready and when I go pick it up it’s not ready. I return then return based on how long they say it’ll be ready, and, upon receiving notice by email and text. But when I return again, they don’t have “it” ready but will give me one I don’t need yet. I call and complain and they say they don’t know why it wasn’t ready to return in 90 minutes. I’m 70 yrs old, and tired of the pharmacy staff playing games with my time and my nerves.

Every single time I come to this Walgreens it is a battle not to lose my sanity. I am writing this after being in line for 20 mins at the pharmacy, when I got in line there was an elderly women finishing up. The other 18 minutes and counting have been used up by one couple, and the dreadfully slow pharmacy staff. There is now a line of 5 people behind me. I have never had a fast and efficient transaction with this pharmacy, whether in store or through the drive through!!

The Pharmacy is pitiful, be prepared to wait 45mins- 1 hour. Alao the bald oriental pharmacist is extremely rude. Very unprofessional

I wish I could give negative stars. My daughter has pink eye and it's been 72 hrs i been waiting on my prescription so I call going off and they tell me they don't have it and probably won't get it. So I tell them what else can they do they say they can call the hospital and ask for a different brand. Okay so why didnt they been so that or offer to do that?? So they tell me they'll call me back with what the hospital says. I called them today and asked them what happened "oh sorry I thought we called you, it's ready whenever you are". I get here and they don't have it discounted like I've been asking. They don't try her insurance. I literally been in this drive thru for 45 mins while she's helping other people around me. Never will i ever come back here or recommend here they don't care if your baby in the car crying bc her eyes and has been crying the past few days bc her eyes hurt they don't give a f because it's not their kid. The amount of sympathy and empathy they do not give is impeccable.

Extremely bad customer service at the pharmacy. Don't bother calling if you feel sick and have a questions. They will purposely keep you on hold forever until you give up.

Worst pharmacy! They never answer the phones and always put it on hold. They take forever to get your prescriptions. I’ve been dealing with this pharmacy for 6 years but not anymore. I’m taking my prescriptions somewhere else.
