Poor service! 100 percent no accountability; they have zero customer service even corporate. Corporate to you I had called opened a grievance and nothing came of it even after I file a police report on the pharmacist for being aggressive. Let alone not providing LIFE MEDICATION (HEART)

1. Christian, the Pharmacist is great. He is always professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He will take the time to talk to you without making you feel rushed even though im sure he is busy. He has helped me out on numerous occasions. Beyond all that I can tell he really cares for his patients / customers.
2. Benjamin, the Pharmacy Technician is so helpful every time I call. He is also very personable and knowledgeable. He remembers our prior conversation and follows up and follow thru with helping to fulfill the order / prescription. I can tell he is smiling over the phone just by the tone of his voice and that he enjoys his job.
3. Zaida, a Pharmacy Technician that helped me check out was very pleasant, kind, and had wonderful smile. She also appeared to enjoy her job.
Please share my comments with the above mentioned staff. They are all wonderful.

Walgreens Pharmacy on Resler is extremely rude and unprofessional. They shut down their machines early without any notice or any cones placed on the lanes to let patients know they are closing.
There are complaints about this exact issue from 4 years ago and still nothing is being done. Corporate needs to investigate who is in charge and fix this immediately.
Imagine how many elderly people have been turned away and denied their medication. This is unacceptable.

Dropped my new prescription for BP meds off, was told it would be ready within an hour, so I sat in their waiting area. One hour later , I stood in line for 15 minutes, and found that they apparently lost my prescription with only 4 employees working there

Made appointment for Covid/flu test on-line, checked in at the store then waited and waited and waited. Check in message instructed to have a seat and wait for your name to be called.
Finally asked at the counter to be told “we are out of Covid tests.”
They left us waiting for over an hour, no apology or concern.

I’m a regular customer at Walgreens and I have never had a bad experience at this store. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Shout out to the pharmacy staff!!

Only go through drive through if you have an hour to waste. Great time to catch up on email, make some pick up grocery orders and maybe update your online dating profile. Hopefully your Rx isn't for stress, heart issues or insulin. You will die waiting 💀

Automated system tells me I will be transferred to the pharmacy and it hangs up on me! Phones have done this to me for over a week. Going somewhere else for my prescriptions! This place SUCKS!!!!

For being on the nicer area of town, you have some rude pharm techs. Like if you don't know how to have basic customer service skills maybe you shouldn't be helping people with their scripts. Awful and rude service. Don't recommend.
