This is now my Go-To Walgreens as I use their pharmacy pick-up which is well run and less busy than the one on N. Mesa and Doniphan. Service is friendly and customer oriented.

The wait for the pharmacy drive thru is horrendous. This has happened multiple times. Need more staffing. I dread coming here to pick up prescription. I normally get it delivered but sometimes I need to pick it because I can’t wait 2 days for delivery.

WARNING: do not go here.Rx doctor: please warn your patient that there is only ONE pharmacy drive-thru lane as of late Jan 2024.Haha definitely not good if you need to pick up your antipsychotic meds please go to the one on Mesa which has TWO lanes.P.S, management: why?? I can feel the poor pharmacist’s pain.Bring a book, a portable game.Edit: Some alternate pharmacies: Albertson’s, local mom & pop pharmacies! Everyone goes to CVS and Walgreens, why not smaller pharmacies? I’m never doing this again. ?♀️

I just moved to this city. This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever experienced. I dread needing to pickup or call for anything. No one is trained to problem solve. It is usually the pharmacist that has to come to the register to address clerical glitches. This creates the lines and delay. The closest 24 hour Walgreens has a better trained staff. Skip this one!!!

Ordered curbside pickup, waited for 17 minutes. Finally decided to go inside. Eddy was busy talking to someone about movies or something; it wasn't even busy... but whatever, so I just grabbed my order. He came chasing after me in the parking lot trying to not let me leave. I showed him the order label and my phone to prove it was my order I took. He still needed his manager for whatever reason????? Dude just let me take my stuff I paid for and go. Your lack of urgency, technical skills and time management is not my problem.

This is the worst Walgreens location with the most insensitive and disrespectful staff. When I have filled medications over the phone, it has not gone through. When I have tried to call and not speak to the automated system, I get hung up on. Several times, I have come to pick up when it should be ready, and it is not. It takes thirty minutes in the pick up line, to be told I have to come back. I dread having to pick up medication each month.

They were on lunch, and call was forwarded to a Rep Sandy from Florida. Terrible customer service. Got to the store to find out my prescription never was added to their system.The Technician in the store verified and he took great pride in getting my RX. Thank you for assisting me.

Terrible pharmacy…. God forbid getting your medication in an orderly fashion if you’re in pain. Takes them 4 days to fill prescriptions. Also if you need an antibiotic to fight off infection you’ll end up dying before you get your medication to treat your issues.

Sarah pharmacy tech at store #03570 N. Resler was extremely kind, helpful, fast and efficient. She found a coupon that saved me $400 on my meds!! Best service I have had at this drive thru.She made my day.

Seems everyone agrees that this pharmacy needs a drastic change. Not sure who the Pharmacist manager is but if its the condescending, sarcastic, and demeaning pharmacist I spoke with the other named V. they should consider changing to an empathetic, patient, polite, and humble pharmacist. Let me tell you there are highly educated patients too not just yourself dude, and some that have no education yet have more values, and more basic manners than you. He transferred me to the store manager which she was very kind and did listen but I am not sure she has any control over him. I hope so. Avoid this boy of a man at all costs. Stop wasting peoples time with the app and the website when the medication is not even ready when we get there and it says online that it is. And stop contradicting each other when it comes to your words and promises because yes we are not dumb we KNOW you DO NOT KEEP THEM AT ALL AND YOU WASTE MORE OF OUR TIME.

Pharmacy switches the prescribed medication to another form so they don't have to honor the GoodRX discount they've already agreed to. Shady practices. Then they lied about what my doctor actually prescribed. I had a picture of all my prescriptions. I had to show them that picture to actually get what I was prescribed. I will be filing a complaint. Called pharmacy 15 min before they closed to verify status of medication, got transferred to pharmacy and put me straight on hold for the remainder of the time. Got hung up on and called back to be told by service desk that they are now closed. Wasting more time explaining myself instead of being transferred immediately literally 6 on the dot when I had to call back.
