The woooooorst pharmacy! They take forever and terrible attitude. Don't recommend getting your prescriptions here. Management please do something about your employees! Had to go 3 times for my medicine and they would say "oh its not ready, come back tomorrow"

There were issues with the Walgreens app and I couldn't get the advertised coupon. The cashier claimed they couldn't override the app to honor the coupon. Despite the fact that it was a technical issue that needed to be resolved on their part, I ended up having to pay $4 over what I should have.

Went in there to return an item with a receipt and the cashier was not so welcoming. Need better training in custi.er service. Also tried to use the bathroom and the young guy was rude when I asked him nicely. He got annoyed and said it didn't work. Which obviously not true since he put the cone in front of it without even checking it. A Lil sad since I worked at a walgreens before for many years and I always but my customers first. Yall need some training in customer service

I scheduled the covid test. I sat in my car for 20 minutes. That was my fault because I didn't read the email. But when I did walk in and up to the window where I was supposed to take the covid test they told me they'll be right with me and left me standing there for about 35-40 minutes just waiting for anybody to even come and. I mean, has customer service really gone down that much? I mean, El Paso was never like that, but I guess. I'll be the last time I come to this Walgreens, that's for damn sure. But if you do decide to come to this Walgreens you better make sure you got over an hour to spend here because that's pretty much how long you're going to be waiting for medications or a damn covid test. By the time they did come and acknowledge me, I had already made another appointment at another Walgreens, but now I have to wait until tomorrow, thanks for nothing!

I called to see when my prescription would be ready, I was told 1 hour and a half, I went 2 hours later to get my prescription and it wasn't ready and I was made to wait an additional 30 minutes. It wasn't packed smh, ridiculous amount of waiting

The pharmacy staff is pathetic, they never have answers to your questions, they don't know how to work, they take too long to serve each customer, they are despotic, rude and never have results for the customer's needs. It is the worst pharmacy I have ever known.
