I wish there were better pharmacy options than walgreens, very much a "best of a bad situation". They take 2 days to fill a 3 day prescription, have a stupid half hour lunch that isnt convenient for their staff or customers, and now i cant even call in to check on my prescriptions. "Due to technical difficulties it may take longer than usual to transfer your call" "Your call will be disconnected". Never got the answering machine that replaced the dial prompt. Super convenient.

I went to the pharmacy for my vaccinations. I filled out the paperwork and waited my turn. When i was called the clerk put my information in the computer and after a few minutes she told me that i'm not eligible.What? I went home , called my insurance company and was told that i am too eligible. These people are incompetent!

Staff from the pharmacy looks they hate their job, they don’t want to offer the minimum customer service. I had to call Walgreens in Dyer st so their staff could help me with a coupon for a vaccination. Big shout out to the Walgreens in Dyer.

Incorrect refills, incorrect cost, meds are never ready on time or don’t notify that it’s not in stock. Poor customer service. Can’t recommend this place for prescriptions!

Wow! Sara from the Pharmacy was such a delight to work with! I live on the west side, My usual, Walgreens Said my medication was on back order. They were in a hurry to get me off the phone and wouldn’t even help me look for another Walgreens. My mom uses the Walgreens on Rushing, so I decided to call. I feel extremely blessed to cross paths with her, she went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much!

I recently had an interaction with Karla at the pharmacy, and I must say I was disappointed by her bad manners and attitude. Her customer service left much to be desired, and I hope the pharmacy can address these issues to improve the overall experience for customers.

I walked into Walgreens, and I asked for a plastic bag. I was told, they don't give away bags. A cashier asked, if I wanted to buy something. NO!! You must make a purchase. Per management.
Really, it's **"'*!! plastic.

If you are Black American DO NOT shop at this Walgreens. Staff does not feel the need to welcome you or even say hello during your purchase. When talking to manager on duty manager did not care DO NOT shop here.
