Horrible service!!! Raquel who calls herself a manager was so rude and has no people skills - I went in like I usually do to make a cash deposit for my chime account… Raquel and the cashier proceeded to tell me that rules had changed and they had different limits … I called my bank and they did advise me that nothing has changed-Raquel has terrible customer service skills … Walgreens you need to do a better job in training employees and also Walgreens you might want to train your employees on people skills … this women was talking to me like she was out on the street just wanting to pick a fight … Very disappointed

Price was not the same at register for Cold medicine, cashier said I needed a coupon, price tag was not requiring coupon (was regular price) I even asked the cashier to check it for me since there are two lines for item on same price tag. They need to put more attention on pricing items, someone else can get disappointed as I was, for mistaken price. It's not the first time I have same trouble.

Please be very careful and not fill your meds here. I had ibuprohen prescribed and they never caught it in their system that it interacts with one of my meds and makes my heart stop. Also the other day while calling in the lady on phone very condescending and rude. Please do yourself a favor do not come to this walgreens.

Based on my various experiences here, this store is alright overall. Not the best nor worst for customer service I've received. Normally, the store has been decently stocked. I've been to other Walgreens stores in El Paso that are better. Would maybe recommend and maybe return.

We went in to get our flu shots and the young lady that gave my wife her flu shot was really nice and seemed concerned but when she gave the shot it felt like she was playing darts. I'm not sure if they train them to do it very fast like throwing darts but after it hurt like hell! In my nearly fifty years I've gotten a lot of shots and can tell when it is a good shot and a bad shot and this by far was really bad.

My father picked up his prescriptions on sunday 7/31/22. He left his wallet there by mistake,of course. He didnt realize this til 5 hrs later. So my mother goes over there right when they open the following day. Young girl there was not very helpful and didnt check the safe until a cashier asked her. She had told my mom,”oh i was here yesterday and no one turned in anything.” Could be true but why wouldnt she at least check for it. And i know there are cameras cause they use them only for their convenience. My mother should have insisted but oh well.
