I have always had the best possible service exceeding my expectations at this amazing pharmacy. The techs and pharmacists are always friendly and knowledgeable. Juan is especially the most kind, helpful, fast, and efficient pharmacist I have ever known. He has helped me in so many ways going above and beyond for several years and I am truly grateful.

Horrible pharmacy. My prescriptions were supposed to be on auto refill and several times after mentioning it to them i still would run out.
Another time they gave me a med i couldn't take and didn't realize untill i got home and they wouldn't refund it.
Another time one of the girls kept having a long personal conversation with a client while there was a long line. Very disorganized. Also, says it's open sunday and it's not. Needs a new manager.

Go to a different location. The service here is terrible. My last 3 trips to this store have been bad experiences. I had 2 photos orders canceled despite getting messages they were ready. They do not even bother calling you if there is a problem. Don't buy food from here either, I got frozen pizza that was clearly thawed out and refrozen. It was a blob a dough wrapped in plastic in the corner of the box when I opened it up.

Walgreens has many stores here in El Paso, and I have been in many of the franchises; Walgreens has been here in El Paso for a long time, and it's one of the stores with a large capacity to have makeup and groceries and also,
People can purchase medicine , you can buy gift cards, and you can buy a lot of things. It's convenient; it's friendly. Some of them are open 24
hours a day, like the one on Trawood and Lee Trevino. The company has been focused on the customer and what the customer likes and wants.
That is why it has survived the test of time, and that's why I want to ask El Paso, Texas, to honor the stores that has given us the best and honor them back. They are very customer
oriented. The managers are outside alongside everyone on the registers and are stocking new products. If you have any questions or complaints, they will help you. They are amazing. They have an area for pets; they have an area for cleaning supplies, they have an area for toys; they have an area for men's products, and they have a space for women's assortments. They also have cologne and perfumes of high quality, and what I like is that they are seasonal. When the seasons change, so does Walgreens change, and that is fantastic because they are new products that adjust to the
season. They are some of the stores that make you feel at home, and some of them, FedEx is also a feature. You can print your photos, make them into a large image, make them into a cup, can make them into a large cup
there is a lot to look into. A vast selection of refrigerated items, energy drinks, water, and ice cream. There is also food, and don't forget that every time that you shop at Walgreens,
you give your number your phone number, and there are points that you collect. They turn into Cash! They are a million reasons I can say to everyone to visit Walgreens in all its locations in El Paso, Texas, whether
you live on the west side, on the east side, in the Lower Valley, on the Northeast, or the far East Side. There is
a Walgreens near you, this is what I will do. I would open my phone, and I will say hey, Google, take me to the nearest Walgreens, and automatically, Google will make a lot of suggestions. Still, if you want to take it into more specific, you can say hey, Google, can
you open Google Maps and take me to
the nearest Walgreens. Google will open up Google Maps, and we'll take you right away to the closest

I can see reviews of this Walgreens are all over the chart so maybe I got lucky but the gentleman that helped me at the pharmacy today put a smile on my face for a good hour. He likes to sing and he called me "Queen." How about that?

Lazy staff member leaves me at the door because he wants to close shop early. Couldn't finish my DoorDash order as a result. What an awful experience and waste of my time.

Great pharmacy but the lines to get your medicine is crazy, either drive through or in line inside the store it takes way to long. Maybe I should switch to CVS. I called to check on a prescription and got put on hold for 30 minutes, I hung up and have canceled all my refills from here. No customer appreciation here.
