I sent some prints to this location for a business presentation. At first they were having issues with the printer and I figured they would fix it. After a while the employee just gave me the prints and said this was the best they could. Like I'm going to go to a business meeting and show this to clients. There's staining all over the prints and the graphics are smeared.

They have the worst pharmacy ever! Absolute garbage. They never have your medication ready and always have you wait days to get it.

Staff was being lazy about the primo refill water. The machine said cash only & it literally says $.50 a gallon or $2.50 for 5 gallons. They tried to charge me full price at $18 for jugs i brought in myself. Straight up lazy. The price is literally on the machine. Ive bought from the machine before and its always come out to $2.50, they are advertising false pricing or price gauging at $17.99. Oh and exchange is different from a refill, they tried to tell me exchange was the pricing of a refill - its NOT they just didn’t account for refill pricing on their list and need to update that. I literally just bought a refill from elsewhere and they asked me if it were exchange or refill and I said refill and they charged me refill pricing which was $2.50 for 5 gallons (as advertised). Exchange is when you bring a worn out or empty gallon in to exchange it for a prefilled new one at a discounted price rather than buying a new one. A refill is when you have an empty gallon that needs a refill and you keep your same gallon and refill it. All this info is available from the PRIMO website itself.

Had the same issue a a previous customer. Called for a prescription and told that it would be ready in 90 minutes, (two days in a row may I add) and showed up, system was down. It was medication that was needed. Not happy at all

We called in a drug refill for an emergency and was told it would be ready in 90 minutes. Went and was told the pharmacy has been down since yesterday and was told there was nothing the pharmacy could do about me recieving my drug except to call another pharmacy. When I was a pharm tech for the same company in 2016 I always remember doing the most for the pt. Now the pt has to manage their own scripts between pharmacies. I call another Walgreens and the tech wants to help me however now the emergency drug I need can not be transferred because it needs to be reverted by the insurance because the Edgemere pharmacy already billed. So system is down yet they can still bill my insurance, how convenient. Overall always horrible service, long waits and unorganized.

I know that this Walgreens is next to a high school but that doesn’t mean that the workers get to treat students with disrespect I went in looking for the white gorilla Souishmallow that I sow they had but when I got there it wasn’t there so I asked a worker all I said was ” excuse me but do you know what happened to that Souishmallow by any chance” and all she said was “ The one you tried to steal ” I get that since the Walgreens is next to a high school that students try to steal all the time but that doesn’t mean you get to accuse students of stealing. I have never felt more embarrassed in my life she was so disrespectful to me and even after that she kept giving me weird looks until I left. And since she wasn’t wearing her name tag I couldn’t get her name.

The store is fine like any other store. The pharmacy is difficult to deal with. Poor communication, poor coordination between the call center you get when you call and the pharmacy. I go here now because their main competition is just as bad. Still avoid this pharmacy when I can.
