I been ordering for years and bakery is so rude and mean now. Birthdays are special and i ordered a cake and was very disappointed on cake nothing to what i wanted and happy birthday look like a kid wrote it. Elisa was so mean to me when i asked her to remove happy birthday. You couldn't even understand it said happy birthday. Bakery staff is so mean and put no effort on the cakes anymore.

so I had to give this a 3 star mainly for the experience in trying to order from here the last 3 years. The person who runs this section makes really good cakes. But getting the order correct is a problem when they don't speak English. They have to pass the phone off to someone else and usually the 2nd person's English is a little rough. I recommend maybe walmart put someone there to help that can speak English or walmart stop being cheap and pay for workers to attend English classes during paid hours if they are struggling. Again other than the language barrier I would honestly give them 5 stars.

Great place to buy groceries. The deli, meat market and bakery are awesome. They also give a 10 percent discount to the military which is outstanding because I don't know of any other grocery store that does that. Thank you El Super!!

This store has the freshest best produce and sales on produce! It's not expensive to eat healthy when fresh fruit and vegetables are so affordable here! Fresh cheese meat and fish is here too all at decent prices. Love this place so much we shop every week!

Love this place!! The produce here is always cheap, they have fresh tortillas and totopos (tortilla chips) masa for tamales already made. Spices, chiles, grains, queso fresco, crema, requeson, ect. The meat is always fresh too and at decent prices. They have a seafood are as well, and they even fry whole fish for you there. They have a bakery as well. The food there is ok and the aguas frescas are hit or miss. The lady's at the hot food section are a bit rude not all of them. And they also do military discount with ID 10% off your total.

This place is alright but I don't prefer to go here. I always feel as if I were going through a machine. They have most anything you want (1) but limited in brand variety. Their meats are always quality (2). Those are my two reasons for any stars.

Came to el super to buy some groceries on the isle the tostadas said 99 cents and they were ringing up $1.29. This lady did not want to honor the price and became extremely rude with my mom stating she didn't understand what my mom was saying. She started screaming at her. Then I told her my mom did understand and she was wrong. The manager came and honored the price. I cannot believe she had the audacity to get all mad for being wrong and my mom being right because it was on the shelf. Anyways, she was so mad because she wanted to go home. She kept saying ugh this is going to take forever. I understand your tired and you want to go home but don't be rude at something that is on the shelf!!!!

I get that it is no longer Ranch Market, however I was shocked when we walked in and it felt like I walked into a hospital. The lighting was so incredibly bright, all semblance of culture is gone, which is what I loved the most about it before. The Fresca stand is gone, workers seems like robots. Makes me sad. All the products there I can get at any other store, the atmosphere and culture was wiped out when it turned into El Super. No reason to shop there anymore. Basically it turned into another boring super market :(

Well, if I want a s*** ton of meat and peppers I now know where to go. My friend was going a Mexican brunch so she wanted to hit up Los Altos ranch market. A little out of the way for us west side denizens, los altos was worth the drive. This place is massive! Like seriously, its a Mexican foodie's mecca. I didn't try the burrito/taco station but only by exercising immense self control. Instead, while she did most of the shopping I was mercilessly catching pokemon left and right between the two, that's right two!, pokestops in the store. Honestly, it was fun just walking around the place and I'd def head back if I needed to prepare an authentic Mexican meal (I mean as authentic meal a blonde-haired Scandinavian descent male can do)

Got some food from the deli and it was old. If purchasing food, I would suggest asking how long it's been out.
