There is no option for zero stars, but I would give them that rating. These lazy people go to lunch from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm and if you get there at 1:15 pm they will let you wait until 2:05 pm or 2:10 pm. Six people and they get lunch at the same time...unbelievable!

I came to pick up medication and even though they didn't have the full quantity in stock (most pharmacies in El Paso are on back order), I was still assisted with what they had. Brittany was very helpful and patient. I asked her many questions and made multiple phone calls and she remained patient with me throughout the entire process. She pointed me in the direction of another pharmacy that had the remaining quantities and ensured my information was in the system. Kristy then assisted me with the medication pick-up and she was helpful, kind, and apologetic for not having the full quantity. Both ladies were professional and I would gladly do business with them again. Thank you Brittany and Kristy! Stay awesome :)

My provider sent my prescription in 5 days ago, but it was too early for me to pick it up, which is entirely understandable considering it’s controlled. The problem is, even though they knew I would be able to pick it up today and they were out of stock, they had not ordered my medication yet and told me I would have to wait 3-5 days more for it to be ready. I have had this problem with them every time I get my prescriptions sent here. I

I usually don’t have any problems but I can see where the customer service is lacking no sympathy what so ever been waiting 2 hours for a damn prescription All I needed was communication from the beginning and when I come to complain of how they can do better somehow she thinks I’m attacking her and starts giving me attitude. WALMART PHARMACY WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dissapointing experience, usually I would never dare write a review being in the service industry but given the health impact this could create I feel compelled. I was turned away from recieving my covid vaccination because I did not have a perscription bottle with my name on it, even though I was told over the phone that I wouldn't need one. Then I'm told to return to the pharmacy when I bring back the bottle only to be told that its been canceled and that wasn't an option. To top it off, they tell me to re-register for the vaccine (like I dont already know that this is the only option left now). I truly hope that this review helps this pharmacy team understand the severity of misinformation and the health impact it has on their community.

I went to drop off my prescription and I specifically asked the price for the generic medication without insurance. I was quoted $18 and $24. I said ok and came back at the time I was told they'd be ready.They were ready, but they were asking for over a hundred dollars. I went back and asked the drop off lady why that was and she told me they dont make it anymore and that's why I was given a different brand that costs $100.I want to know why she told me the price of the med if they dont carry it anymore. She even went to "check" and see if they had it in stock first. So why not tell me you didn't have the right one to begin with?
