I shop here out of convenience. I get the basics here and then get everything else at Albertsons. It's not the value it once was.

Customer service in the front at money center have a bad attitude. They really don't seem to have Customer service skills. The guy really has a bad attitude. Needs to be in the back stocking shelves or something. Customer service doesn't work for him.
. at work sick or something. Just another way of passing it on to someone else. Nevertheless good thing there quite a few walmarts in el paso. I will not return to that one

I had a very frustrating experience with customer service at this location. I was mistakenly charged for a coffee I never purchased, and I only noticed it after paying. The item wasn’t on the original scan page, so I called over the clerk to clarify. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was told to go to customer service and process a "return"—but how do you return something you never bought in the first place?
The experience at the customer service desk was even worse. The clerk was rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging my concern before abruptly asking, "Anything else I can do?" as if I was inconveniencing her. When she handed me the refund, she practically threw the money at me.
On top of that, the self-checkout machines here frequently malfunction, and it feels like the staff expects customers to just accept being overcharged. When I tried to call the manager afterward, all I got was an automated recording. It really makes me wonder if overcharging is happening intentionally, assuming that non-English-speaking customers won’t notice or complain.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and the lack of basic customer service is unacceptable.

The worst customer service ever, lazy employees, management is not productive and does not implement efficiency among the employees, bathrooms are always filthy no matter the day or time, this place is always dirty. Traffic and parking is always horrible at this Walmart, BUT the worst part is the pick up and delivery department. GM you need to get new staff for this department!!!

This place never answers any phone calls they receive. I've tried calling 7 times in a row, and it always ends up hanging up on me.

Today I got a surprise, it turns out that I bought some tires online and made an appointment for the installation.
My car is Mexican and when I took the car's data to install the tires, the worker told me that it cannot be installed because the series is Mexican.
REALLY INCREDIBLE.
Your name was!!!!
Bad service, they don't communicate that detail anywhere.

I would say Walmart is my option if there's no Wholefoods or Trader Joe's in the area. Generic all day items.
