Went to get a refund for my money order and they denied giving my money. I had a tracking number from western union that authorizes Walmart to give me cash due to the refund. They were talking about needing to have the actual money order which was a negative. I went to another Walmart and told them I had an MTCN to pick up my refund and had no trouble. The head managers (Stacy and Jonathan) of this Walmart did not know what the hell they were talking about and didn’t know what to do. I would rather they say they are unsure or don’t know then just tell me it can’t be done. Rest assured filed a complaint to the corporate office.

It's convenient, close to my house and I'm in and out with no wait time. The only negative thing is , pack a lunch if you're in the customer service line because you're going to be standing in line for a while 🤨They're slow and then the associates laugh and talk amongst themselves instead of concentrating on the customers.

Loyal customer. Walmart+ member and there all the time. Fully believe they only help who they want to. Called customer service number first not to waste time to return a rice cooker from another walmart. Was told this walmart could take it just have them scan the barcode. Cool. Went over, was there today, got a female with dark hair, between 4:30 and 5:30. I had the 2 kids. She didn't even try. She looked at it and said no
Her: We don't sell this....
Me: But the number said you could still take it?
Her: You called us?
Me: No, the number on the website they checked for me.
Her: Shoulve called us we don't take what we don't sell.
Me: *Recalling seeing clothes, cell phones, and movies in random places because they were returned there from a different store*
Me: They said you should be good to scan the barcode?
Her: *Not even attepting to scan* We can't take this.
Me: Your policy says you even take funeral items *points to counter* why not a rice cooker?
Her: We just can't take this.

For a (Wal-Mart) who tends to the needs of a mostly impoverished and low income side of town; the staff (especially management) has biased treatment towards customers who appear wealthy, educated or favorable (income) and outward appearance. The store itself is neat and clean (for the most part) although I have noticed expired produce and canned goods. Most things that low income people tend to purchase; which is not the reason for the one star rating; more so, it's the entitled way that staff refuse service (won't sell) to people who appear homeless, poor, or (racial profiling) at risk of stealing. Lack basic, personal (respect) by down right harassing (aggressively) customers, accusing them of false crimes, to down right kicking those customers out with threat of law enforcement involvement. Now...that doesn't sound very neighborly to me.

Jeannie or Jeanne in Customer Service does not need to be dealing with customers. She is rude and unprofessional. She needs to pay attention when a customer is speaking and explaining what needed to be done. It's not the 1st time she has done this. Put her outside to be a cart attendant. So she does not interact with any customer. I would have rated a zero but one is the lowest I could put as a review.

This might be no fault to the store itself but I just hate it when something shows in stock on hand and you go to that specific store just to find out, that they don’t have it in stock. It’s very time consuming, gas consuming and frustrating. Other than that, it’s always the same experience, nobody says hi, nobody smiles and you’ll be lucky to hear someone say thank you. Definitely do better!
