I shop at Walmart each week. It's going to the dogs .people put dogs in the carts .Some people bring dogs and make them look like service dogs but I seen piss in the store. The service dog should stay at there side not leading the person around and smelling all the corners. I had 1pit bull bark at people and the manager remove it. There new laws that are a felony and 1,000.00 fine or jail for passing off your dog as a service animal. There is a sing posted no dogs. On this day, I experienced frustration due to disorganized toys and incorrect pricing upon scanning. I found myself in a disagreement with a night manager after presenting proof that identical action figures in the same line were priced differently, as evident on the receipt. Every store across the country carries these action figures for $11.97. When I brought this to her attention, she stated that she was unable to adjust the prices and implied that, as a former Walmart employee, I should be aware that pricing discrepancies are at the discretion of management. She appeared to be irritated that I had requested a price check, which ultimately proved me correct. Throughout our interaction, she repeatedly interrupted me and stated that she was not obligated to assist me if she chose not to. I responded by suggesting that she fulfill her duties and remove the unwanted items from the screen. Her demeanor was unprofessional, exemplifying poor customer service skills, and she displayed a lack of knowledge regarding store policies. Her behavior was confrontational, causing me embarrassment in front of bystanders. I am reluctant to return to that Walmart location as long as she is employed there.

Today around 6:45am, I went to purchase groceries, and did not like the way I saw a supervisor treat an employee. The employee was in the tuna ailse, facing the merchandise on the shelf. The supervisor stepped into the ailse, and was rudely rushing her in Spanish. She kept saying, "Andale, andale, andale, andale." The employee looked bothered by this, like it is an everyday occurrence. I felt so bad for her. And they wonder why the turnover rate is so high. The worst part is, they are treated like this in front of the customers. It is unacceptable the way Walmart permits their employees are treated like animals.

I went today just like hundreds of other people to get my wife roses, a cake and other Valentines gifts. I know it's going to be busy but it was very high traffic and some people were rude about how they were shopping not what I typically expect from El Paso. But that's not why I gave it a 1 star rating. I drive a little bit of distance to shop here as some people do, when I got 20 minutes down the road I guess the cake started to warm up and fell apart. I'm not sure if the bakery orders these in frozen or if they do them in house either way the cake should not look like that from a simple car ride to the house.

Worst experience ever at a Walmart. My battery died, some nice human being gave me a jump, I called Walmart to see if they had my battery, employee Steve said they did, I drove down to this location, turns out I was asked to come back next morning due to them getting ready to close, great customer service (not), but before he sent me away, the older employee verified that battery was in stock, next morning I drove back, 7am, turns out battery was not in stock. Such incompetence. But yet on their wall a picture of the employees in the auto center is displayed, stating there are our certified technicians. BS. I asked to speak to a manager, he never came, I advised the wannabe supervisor that I wanted to make a personal complaint on both employees. Never ever will I return to this location. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Instead I drove down to Cielo Vista location where employee Yamiel was able to fix my issue. I'm grateful to him. Finally an employee that knows what he's doing.

I checked out with Devin at store #00512 On 6/27/24. When ever I shop thius store and I see Devin, I will go through his register. He is very efficient, speedy and very friendly. Always let's me know ahead of time to leave large or heavy items in cart and he will scan them in cart. He makes my shopping experience very enjoyable. V
